I bought myself a top to go out in the other night as i new it would look super with my leggings i bought a few weeks ago so £16.99 im going to add to my sig in a mo.
Gutted though as i was all organised for my girls night out that was well overdue . I had make up sorted , hair stuff sorted , babysitter etc, etc.
Until i went outside to collect my washing off the line to iron before i got ready ...and guess what ????
My blooming leggings had been stolen from the clothes line ...!!!! out of everything they were the only things misssing ...little buggars ...!!!
There has been loads of kids jumping in an out of the garderns which is supposed to be gated off ..so i assume someones mum will be wearing them now!!!

  • ^oh dear, keys. That is soo annoying! Are you sure they didn't just fly off in the wind? :S Seems odd they only stole the leggings -- I guess you will spot the culprit if you see someone wearing the same leggings!

I haven't bought anything since my last post (I haven't been out... lol). Listed 14 items of clothing & accessories on ebay tonight. I think I'm going to make it a rule that if I buy anything, I have to sell two things to compensate for it... will make me feel less guilty, anyway.

Hiya Completely Lost : No i did check that they hadnt blown away , ive noticed other clothes missing off the line recently , but i have put it down to my memory or other reasons . But after some thought i have began to realise the things that seemed to be LOST all seem to be branded named ..As mainly its been DD stuff from tracksuits to Disel jeans . What a nasty thing to happen. Worth reporting to the police especially as the area is gated.

  • My total needs updating please....spent £29.35 on 5 tops and a jacket, what a bargain!!

oh, and an extra £2 for another top i got the other day.
  • A late arrival in this thread: me!

I've gone further: apart from buying underwear (the usual brassieres, knickers and socks/stockings) I am buying NO CLOTHES OR SHOES at all this year!!

So far I've kept to it - oddly enough I've been the recipient of some nice tops & stuff from my Sister who lost 3.5 stone recently! Perhaps The Big Fella Upstairs is looking out for me!
  • Lovely summer weather makes me want to wear summer clothes but I feel too fat at the moment. So no clothes bought for at least two weeks!

Right, I am officially banning myself from buying anymore cardigans... my collection is verging on ridiculous, and most of them I can't even wear because I have nothing to wear underneath that matches! I am in dire need of two plain tshirts - one brown, one navy. Then I can make outfits out of all the random cardigans I keep buying!!!

So, my new total is £77.75. I bought a pink shrug/cardigan (I don't have a pink one...) for £3 and a vest top which won't match anything I already have. Whoops indeed :S
