had a busy day yesterday so didn't manage to get on here at all
.Was out getting last few things for dd for her trip and went to a party at night. Took the car so didn't spend anything except for a bottle of whisky for he guy whose birthday it was. Haven't actually paid for that yet as got one from my mum and will replace it next week for her. DD's dad gave her £50 today for spends on her hols so she is pleased with that. That's her got all her spending money now so I will go and get her euros during the week.
Was thinking tonight about my debt situation and realised that when I took out the loan for my doors ec I was very careful to make sure it finished befor dd finished school but I hadn't thought about my cc's and when they would finish. After dd finishes school my income will drop drastically so I really have to get into a position where I have hardly anything let to pay off. Had a look at my snowball and this means I have to pay off a minimum of £405 per month to manage it  . Have palpitations now :rotfl: . Never mind I will just have to get on with it.
My outgoings per month including shopping and minimum cc payments are approx £1,400. I then have another £100 into savings account and I have about £600 left over the month. If I realy watch what I am doing then I should manage it. £600 sounds quite a lot but by the time I keep 2 kids going with money and pay for petrol etc it will be tough. Need to get dd sorted out for week away and then I can get really into it. Jeezo man ! Here we go again :rotfl: .5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Mortgage £28,214.65/ £26,254.71/ £25,746.43
By end 2020 I want CC at £ 19,000.00.
By end 2021 I want CC at £10,000.000 -
Got a letter from Halifax today saying they had reduced my limit!! I just increased it last week as they were offering me a lob transfer which I was going to use for my virgin card as its 0% ends soon. Gits lol. Plan B needs thinking about now. Pees me off when things like that happen. Willneed to apply for a new card from somewhere now and I cant be bothered. I have a couple of months to think about it. Will overpay on my virgin account when I can do any overpayments and hopefully have a smaller balance to transfer when the time comes. It's snowing here so really cold. Heating is on full bung as I hate the cold. Dying for someting nice to eat but being good on my diet so I think I will just go to bed xx5 Year plan. hi. I changed the paydays for my loans this month an dit looks like one of them is not coming off my account. I will need to call the Halifax and check. If it is not coming off then I will get it paid from my Virgin card.
Am a bit down tonight as I got passed over for being my managers deputy for someone much less experienced than me. I did challenge my manager over it and she said it was because I was doing a course. B*ll ,I do that course in my own time not the works. She then said it was because the other girl had done a certain job. I told her that I had set up that job originally and been on it for 6 months. I also wrote the job roles for it. She then said the other girl had run a big team. I said I had had 27 staff at one point and I doubted very much that she had had a bigger team than that. Her eyes nearly popped out of her head. I then told her that I was applying for promotion and she yet again nearly popped her eyes. So I said to her 'what a pity you have made your decision and given the job to someone you know, rather than doing some research' Doubt I'll ever get it now :rotfl: . I cant help myself though. If I am annoyed I need to say so. . I'll show her lol5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Morning MIT, sorry to hear about the job. I missed a promotion a couple of years ago. the person who got it talked a good interview, shame she was absolutly carp at the job. I did get a much better promotion about 6 months later though so maybe it was ment to be.
hope that you are feeling better about it today.DFW NERD NO.656 DEBT FREE 24TH NOVEMBER 2010 TOTAL DEBT AUGUST 2007 £39000MFiT T2 NO.56 WE OWN [STRIKE]25%[/STRIKE] 31.5% OF OUR HOUSE SO FAR!0 -
hi guys. Thanks for the good thoughts re the job. Am fine about it now. It would mess up my tax credits anyway :rotfl: . I am applying for promotion on a permanent basis anyway. Forms away today. Will give them all the two fingered wave if I get it lol. Had sent my form to my big boss to sign off for me and she said she was disappointed that I had left it util the last minute. There were 3 of us completing the form today and putting it in. Was anything said to the other 2?? Was it hell!!! She is just a biatch and I am not a yes man so she doesn't rate me. Her loss :rotfl: .What really annoyedme was that I had given the form to my line manager a week ago and it was him that had dragged his heels, not me. I even wrote the part he should have filled in as he was so busy. If I had said that to her though he would have had his head in his hands so for the moment I have just ignored the ****** <<< no word in particular lol just wanted to getmy point across.
ANYWAY enough about her. My lass is away to Austria tomorrow and is mega excited. Never goes to bed early at the weekend and has been away for an hour now :rotfl: . Have given her the 'don't fall off a mountain' chat along with the 'no smoking, no drinking, etc etc' chat about 4 times now. Her eyes are rolling an I reckon if she thought she could get away with telling me to shut up she would.
I am totally and utterly skint  I have a tenner to do me until Tuesday when I get some child benefit. Her trip has cost me a fortune. So ds and I will be having some strange foodconcoctions next week. Never mind I am sure we will manage. Hope you are all well xx5 Year plan. God Morning. Wel DD is safely ensconsed in Austria and having a great time so far. Discovered yesterday that the loan I had changed dates for was not oming off again until 3rd of Feb so I could se that money :j . DS and I now have food
. I will use the rest of it to overpay my virgin card and get started lowering that one. The 0% ends in April so I want to get it as low as I can before then as it will be less to find a balance transfer for.
Got to finish off my assignment today. I have a streaming col and my head is like cotton wool but I really have to do this. DS was at my brother's last night so I just lay on the couch with lemsip. Feel slightly better today but still yuk. Too bad though cos I need to get this done and dusted. Only this assignment and then my report and I am finished :j . Can't wait. I might even manage to get all the stuff I have onto e-bay then as I will have some time on my hands. Okay am off to do some work. Catch you later x5 Year plan. hi there. Assignment still not finished  . Have done the majority of it though so hopefully more or less finish it tonight. Paid £65 to Virgin today as I get paid on Friday and still had that left. I love payday as the totals come down nicely
. Hopefully next month will not be as expensive as this month was and I might manage a few more overpayments. Am going to do my damndest to pay my maintenance off of my debt each week so will pay minimums when I get paid and then try and pay £65 per week. That will more or less be my target of £405 per month. If I manage to pay that to CC's each month then they will be clear by the time DD finishes high school and before she goes to college. Will try and clear them before that but that is my goal at the moment.
My diet is awful just now. Have gained about 4lbs in a week. Not going to the slimming club this week as I will be throwing my money away. Have a funeral to go to tomorrow night anyway. I think I am stressing re assignment and I am missing DD. She is having such a good time she is forgetting to phone me  . I need to call 3 times a day if I am away lol. Righto I better get on with this essay . Later xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

hi. Not been on for a few days. Not been moneysaving( havent really spent though) and diet has been abysmal. Have paid £291.06 this month off of cards. Total since end of December £551.22. 2 of the cards are on 0%. One ends in April so am trying to get rid of as much as I can from that before then. I have a card with £2500 that is empty so will hopefully get an lob or something on it. Can hopefully manage about another £5-600 of it before then. Have car to M.O.T and my graduation before then though. Both of them are potential big spends so will have to see what I can manage. So long as Ipay off £405 per month I should pay them off by the time DD finishes high school which is my goal. If I manage any extra then that is a bonus. Going to be a bit tight the next couple of weeks but ahould manage it. Did a huge ASDA shop which will be delivered on Sunday. That was £129 and I went to butchers today and was £16. Got enough food for at least a week and enough toiletries and cleaning stuff for at least a month so should be cheapo shopping the rest of the month. Hope everyone is well xx5 Year plan.
