There's nothing wrong at all with posting business numbers. It's their job to deal with this. If there was evidence of people becoming abusive then that'd be a bit different, but I think we're all polite enough here to demand the answers we deserve without it becoming intimidating.

If he does indeed work for the DWP then he'd be well advised to moderate the way he speaks to people online in relation to his work. People have lost jobs over similar. But anyway, it's not really worth talking about.

The signon woman today was very defensive and must have said "Newcastle" to me about 15 times . Meanwhile, I've applied for the same job in North London and would consider either commuting or relocating because I just can't get any interest elsewhere. Now I know the process I should be able to cruise through an interview and get to the top of one of these stupid lists. The Royal Mail are taking loads of Christmas temps on so I'm having a shot at that too.

There's a 4 month gap in sigrid's posting history. There's the post from today ... and then you have to go back to middle of May to find anything else. Seems quite odd really.
