Keep your chin up, M. This is the first time I've been unemployed as well, apart from when I had my kids. I don't have a partner, but my kids are still at home and they are working so they are chipping in a lot, bless them:T

Start my new job beginning of October, and they fully understand that as soon as anything better comes along I will leave, which is very good of them. I am just so relieved to be going back to work, despite the fact that money will be tight.

The job I have been offered was not even advertised - they just rang me out of the blue as they had heard I had been made redundant, and wondered if I wanted something to put me on. They are stars:T

You never know - DWP may get themselves sorted in a month or so and we may all be offered a position:rotfl:

ok not sure how relevant this is but this page was 231 now its 230 a whole page has disappeared, wonder if its a glitch in system or some1 is removing contact details for DWP staff

yeah thought i was going mad for a second, but page 231 is saved in my fav as is page 219 as it had louises contaqct details on, when i click on page 219 it loads 217 and this page should be 232 but it 231, funny how we had a angry post not long ago and now things have disappeared, coincidence :rolleyes: maybe or maybe not

I'm not prone to name calling on forums but that post from Sigrid was unreal. It looked to me like the post of someone a) who already has a job or doesn't need one and b) has a vested interest in this thread being "moderated".
