• Just popped into to say hello.
We did'nt get back from our daughter's till late last night so I'm feeling a bit weary today.
I hope you all had a lovely Christmas.I woke up with a heavy cold Christmas morning and so I did a very good Rudolph impression unfortunatly.
I'm thinking of being brave and going to the sales today, although I'm wondering if it's worth it.
Mudgekin,so sorry to hear your bad news.I'm thinking of you and your husband.
To everybody else have a good day.
Take care xxx.

Getting ready for work but just popped back to send loads of (((hugs))) to Mudgekin and her DH. Such dreadful news for you both. Sadly, my next door neighbour has it and they have found this site a great help http://www.mndassociation.org/. There's lots of info and advice on there.

Morning :hello:

Mudgekin hug.gif

There's not much to do today, the animals need cleaning out and I have a bit of washing to do but that's it.

We have two empty drawers in the freezer, I have to freeze some ham and turkey today but that'll still leave loads of space. So do I make bread and pies and lots of pastry to fill it up, or ignore it and watch a couple of films and eat choc? Decisions, decisions  :rotfl:

• Morning.

Early New Years Resolution! Stop lurking & post on this daily!

Mudgekin, sorry to hear about your DH.

I am off work for another 2 weeks & then in for 2 weeks & then off on Maternity Leave. I'm not actually going back, that'll be a challange, extra baby, wage loss! BUt by the tme I'd paid for childcare for 1 term time & 3 in the hols I'd atually be in minus figures. We shall cope, we are good with money. He always has been. I am now!

I've got lovely housework to do today. Have just joined the flyladies!

Right, must go & get dressed & get started.

Oh, bought the kids a DS each for xmas (see how much I saved in my sig! was specifially to buy them!) & they are a godsend. They keep the kids amused & out of my hair for a bit so I can get on with stuff. Not to say they don't fight. They've already had a fight this morning.

See you all later, have a good day all

:hello: :hello: :hello: :hello: Hi everyone

Special thoughts to Mudgekin. Shocks are so hard to come to terms with so be extra kind to yourselves. Special gentle thoughts to all those who have been poorly, sad or alone over Christmas

Up early this morning to see DDS off to work as its first day back for them, They had me in stitches last night as they introduces me to phone jacker on you tube. If you want a cheer up give it a whirl.

Very OS here over Christmas. Not wasted anything ( except chocs in tummy of course !!!)Yesterday made gallons and I mean gallons of soup for the freezer so I am dead chuffed as that will help the DDS when we return to sunny climes.

So ironing done but must leave as I have to start on the debris !!

DS bought his wedding suit in the sales and looked so handsome. OH bought 1 too as he has the honour of being asked to be Best Man -- they have always been like best mates but he was extra chuffed,

So I am thinking of you Moliere as I remember all the excitement of your DS'S wedding last year.

Have a good day everyone
Try and do a good deed every day.

Morning everyone!

Cold & frosty here too but I'm warm as have just finished a quick dust & vac through of the house. Just waiting for the WM to finish its second load then I'll put it in the maidens before I go out. Going into town with my best friend to go to the library, want to get a couple of dvd's for new years eve as not going out, and she wants a mooch round. She has Fibromyalgia so we take our time & make sure we're back before lunch so she can rest in the afternoon if needs be.

DD gone to have her hair highlighted with some of her christmas money, DS1 still in bed & DS2 getting ready to take the dogs out with DH.

Tea tonight is baked potatoes with whatever filling anyone wants.

Mudgekin so sorry to hear about your DH I hope you find the support & information you need. (((((((((hugs)))))))))
