hi rags don t know about buying in bulk but i got my nappies (not mine personally lol but my foster babies) at sainsburys they have a 1/3rd off on baby products, i have used them before and find them ok and just as good as the dear ones....so maybe worth taking a look at.
feel really sad tonight been watching micheal jackson on mtv...........and i cried... poor poor man what a waste of talent........happy nappy hunting rags xx0 -
(((huggsss)))) to you rags life can be so s**t at times and it seems even more s**t when you are up to your neck in debt and working extra hours to pay for it .......word of advice be proud of yourself for doing what you are doing you are doing all you can to help you and your family lots of people would have give in by now....cars breaking down is enough to make you into a babbling wreck believe me i have been there (it's on par of having yer leg off) but like my son says wont does not kill you will only make you stronger:beer: i guess he is right but god he talks some carp for a 28 year old:rotfl::rotfl:chin up rags it gets easier... believe me

Hey pixie, hope the wine was good, i know my bottle was!!!!:D
What a wise son you have, and at 28 too, hope i am that wise when i turn 28 (in nov:eek:)
Update on car, as it is OH's mate and his garage we have got the work done at mates rates so grand total: £203!!!!!!!!!! i am so happy as have that amount in the car fund, just hope our second car passes its mot next month and we will be fine!
So at least the extra shifts im getting at work can go to pay off the debt and not my car, although i think we are going to get a new car and use this as a part ex before anything else goes wrong. Know from experience that once things start to go and you get them fixed in the engine, other older parts fail and ends up costing a fortune!!!!! seen a nice car but it means borrowing £5k!!! not sure i want to do that as will mean adding to the debt more than i have paid off! could get a banger but OH's way of thinking is if we get a good car now then it will last us a few years......... watch this space. My manager also gave me the number of her brother who is a finacial whizz and has sorted her out and our assistant manager (whio apparently has been bankrupt in the past) so think i may give him a ring and see what he can do re my mortgage, would you add your debts to your mortgage so will be debt free and then overpay on the mortgage????? ummmmmm, food for thought............
Oooh, ds2 can stand without holding on to anything for about a minute!!!!!!!:T:T tried to get him to walk between me and OH but he just giggles and then jumps up and down thinking its a game!!!!! he has grown up way to fast but is such a happy baby now he can do things! he loves waving bye-bye to me when i go to work, he has the biggest smile on his face that lights up his eyes.
Shopping day today and is the last of the month, need to calculate how much i have spent this month. detremined to do well this week. going back to aldi as asda has too many temptations and even with a list we spend loads as we find reduced stuff and stock up "just in case" .

How did you get on with your wine pixie??? did you stick to the one glass???
Cant believe it is the end of the month already!!!!!! half the year has gone already.....................but only have 2 weeks now till payday!!:D wont be as good as my payday in august!!!!! Most of my bills will come out next week though but think i have got the overdraft back to where it was before we went on hols.
Well on ebay i have 1 top going for the grand ole amount of 50p but several other items have watchers. still have 2 days left so fingers crossed i make a little more. Still have loads left to list but just havent got round to listing on turbolister. Might take some more photos later today ready to upload on the 'puter ready. Even if i can get one or two things listed a night my house would slowly de-clutter!!!!
But the dilemma of the day: Would you carry on overpaying your debts and get a new car on finance or just make min payments and save up for a new car????

depends can you get the car on 0% or a low finance?? beware if you get it from the car shop or places like that as the interest is about 21%!!!
hope the things on ebay sell. My house needs to me to just list a few a day and then hopefully the clutter would go down.......
hope your having a good weekend

Car shop is
for interest, I know, we are paying it! It was the only way we could
get the car as they were the only ones that would lend us the money.
Excellent that you had saved enough in the car fund topay for repairs, but grrrrr that the car broke.Debt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T
2020 the year of less - Less debt, less waste, less spending, less stuff, less stress!0
