Ha ha ha!!! "lady rags"............ i wish!!!!!!!!
and not dodgy advice at all!!!!
Have cheated slightly on my grow my own...............my tomato seeds have not sprouted
so i have bought 2 ready sprouted plants! one is still the money maker variety as feel it is an omen and the other is italian baby plum tomatos as i love em!!! shall plant out and see if i have better luck this way!!
not much else to report.................bit boring really. *note to self: need to get an exciting life*December 2018: £20,850.24. Now: £18,333.02 Total paid in 2019: £2517.22

MY WII FIT CAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:j
Had a go on it last night, think its fab!!!! certainly feel that i have done it this morning, but guessing thats a good sign?? gonna try and do 20-30 mins daily which sounds alot but i did 18 mins last night after work so should be ok. My fella actually got on it and let it weigh him and everything (he has a major phobia of scales on account it tells him what he doesnt want to hear) so am very proud of him!! He even said he may give it a go, we shall see. He wants to lose weight but thats as far as he goes.
Well not much to report on the money front, paid £100 to mil so just have the egg2 payment and thats it this month. Have got an extra 8 hours at work as put down for my paperwork day. So that should be an extra 20 hours in next months wage!!!! (sounds a lot but its only really 1 shift and the paperwork day!) That will def be going straight on the hbos card. Am on a roll with that one and really pleased with how much i have managed to pay off with just concentrating on one rather than sharing the amount out!!!! wish i had done it sooner!!!!!
Not sure if i will be able to make much of an overpayment next month (apart from the overtime) with the tax credits reducing:mad: and then it is the summer hols so my childcare bill will be a bit higher as will then be paying for an extra 2 hours for ds1 so dont think will be paying much more than what i have budgeted now till sept. we shall see, will just have to try and come under budget for the bills so can use that to overpay. Least i am over half way to my target of paying off £4k and still have half a year left to go!!!! (thank you overtime, nearly killed me but worth it now)
My dilemma for today is: swapped shifts for someone but not mentioned it to chilminder yet, do i still send the boys and spend day listing for ebay (very productive)????? am working 3 days next week, really want to get the items listed as just clutter now but feel guilty bout sending them when im at home??????
what would you do???
Right, am off to get ready for work,
love rags

hi rags...i would send them to childminder and have a productive day...im sure they will have lots of fun wherever they are.
wow a wii fit...see i really really want one but im stopping myself because i know it will just be one of those things i get excited about for about a week and then it wil just sit there doing nothing. You will have to let me know if it works regarding weight loss. I went on the atkins diet for a month about 2 weeks ago and managed to lose a big 20lbs!! soooo happy, it means i can now fit into my old clothes so i dont need to buy new ones! :j would like to lose another stone so will hop back in it in the next week i think.
hope you have a good day. x0 -
Well done on your Wii fit hun, that's fab!!
Hope you sorted your dilemma on what to do about childminder... and if you're ebaying - its going well!;) Not sure what I'd do as I don't have children...
Good to hear one of your cards is properly dented - proof it does go down if you make the effort at concentrating on one. Something I am going to do when money is more stable coming in.
Good to hear all is going well!!

I often used to send DDs to nursery even if I was off work so I could catch up with stuff. It used to be that dilemma between wanting to spend time with them and knowing I'd have to pay for the nursery day anyway. If I did send them I'd usually pick them up early and then not have to worry about rushing about making dinner or catching up on housework as I'd have it done so we could play:DDealing with my debts!Currently overpaying Virgin cc -balance Jan 2010 @ 1985.65Now @ 703.63

hey mummy, sounds like you have had a good week away...................
I have pledged (on the wii fit) to lose 1st in 3 months! the only thing is my muscles are really aching after doing it last night and then doing a very busy 12 hour shift!!! dont think my muscles would take another go tonight.............ha ha ha! 1st wouls put me at my pre-ds2 weight, would have another stone to go before i weighed pre-ds1 weight (think pre any babies weight is totally unrealistic though.........)
Thinking bout my dilemma today, think i will take them to the childminders on tues and do some ebaying and cleaning. Will be a very productive day and hopefully lead to some extra pennies to make my debts go down further............starting to get alittle itchy now as cant really make any more payments (although debt.b.gone, you are doing really well on paying loads off on a daily basis)December 2018: £20,850.24. WAKEY WAKEY RISE AND SHINE!!!!!!!
How is everyone this morning??
My muscles are still very sore, think i need to learn how to warm up before i jump into the wii fit!
Not much planned today, need to do my meal plan for next week and finish the shopping list and go shopping. Have a £4 voucher from pinecone so will at least get some money off ds2's milk! only 2 months left then he can go onto whole milk. cant believe my baby is nearly 1:eek:
Treating my fella to a curry tonight, homemade of course! We tend to drift apart slightly as he gets up at stupid o clock in the morning so is usually in bed by the time i get home from work so we dont really see much of each other. When i have weekends off its a chance to spend some quality time together when the kiddies are in bed. Might even try making him some naan bread??? watch this space!! its so true a way to a mans heart is through his stomach!!!!:rotfl:
Will do my tickers next week, egg2 payment comes out on the 29th but as its a 0% card its easy to deduct the amount off the total. I have so nearly paid off £3k this year!!!! :T:T:T:T Have read other diaries and am in awe at the amount some people have paid off so far this year!!!! others have paid off £20k in a year.................there is no way i could ever do that..........December 2018: £20,850.24. Hope the curry was yummy and the nan bread was nice!! and most of all you got to spend some time together. must be hard both working different times and having the kiddies.
ill look out for your ticker update- we know how you like them

HAPPY FATHERS DAY!
Well i didnt end up making the curry for my fella as have been very poorly sick, massive stomach cramps and throwing up. used to get this when i was a teenager and have never been diagnosed but its like irritable bowel syndrome. Asked to be sent for tests ages ago but the docs just told me to take pain killers and have a high fibre diet (which can make it worse)Think it may be linked to bread though as have eaten a lot more than normal this week...................................would love to have the allergy/intolerance test but have no idea how to get one, my gp is of no help!!! damm having a stupid digestive system!!!!!
Didnt do so well with the shopping this week, £78! but have stocked up on baby wipes and there was loads of bread reduced so stocked up for the freezer!!!
ds2 is rapidly growing out of his clothes so am scouring ebay for decent bundles that are cheap.....................been checking freecycle but no one is giving away clothes, suppose ther get more if they sell them???? i know i would rather than giving them away, spesh in this recession!!! why is it that when your money gets tight you seem to all of a sudden need lots of stuff at the same time???!!!!!!December 2018: £20,850.24.
