Morning peeps,
just been looking on the freebies board and there are some good offers on for the garden, just needing to pay postage and packing. May have a proper look later and order some. There were some loverly strawberry plants, but the ones me and ds1 planted last year are starting to grow again, may just need to put into a different pot though for more success................... There was also on a website 3 fruit trees (apple, pear and plum i think) that you can grow in large patio tubs for £35ish. That is good value i thought as we eat loads of all them, and have plenty of room on my decking (which is huge but tooo high off the floor to use as everyone can see you so has become my plant store) ummmm, may have to do some research if they are easy to keep and crop!!!!! There was also a climbing kiwi thing but the kiwis are the size of grapes and you dont need to peel them.................. they are full of vit c (ummmmm this may end up costing me a small fortune!!!)
me and the oh are going to have some quality time tonight as not really seen much of each other since i went back to work. As soon as im coming in from work he is going to bed as he's up very early. So the plan is homemade tikka/sweet and sour, drinky poos and a cuddle on the sofa whilst watching a film. bliss!!!!!:D
was up at 6.30 with ds2 so have managed to do a lot of my housework catch up this morning. Going to brave the spare room/ds2's room when finally finished and get it all sorted. If you dont here from me in a while, send out a search party to find me under all the mess!!!!!:rotfl:
brew first me thinks and put the bm on,

Hi Rags
I've been trying since January to get rid of what I can only describe as a kangaroo pouch after DS was born in November. I joined a gym, it's interval training for 30 mins 3 times per week and I can't beleive the difference already, I'm not quite into my pre preg clothes yet but I won't be long. I also bought Davina's pregnancy workout DVD off ebay and do that once a week, it's got good tummy toning exercises on it. I can't do sit ups as I have a bad back, but I do crunches and planks which I copy off the Jordan workout DVD - god, now I've written it all down it sounds like I'm an exercise freak but I'm not!!!
Hope all is well with you x*** PROPHECY_GRRL****** DEBT FREE AS OF 17/10/11 - I DID IT!!! ***0 -
Hiya prophecy, wish i had time to go to the gym once a week let alone 3 times a week. I too bought the davina workout and sat and watched the pregnancy workout (yes watched, never did it) but never got round to the post pregnancy one, may have to watch that (and get round to doing it) thinking of getting the oh a swiss ball so he can do my core secrets dvd with me instead of sitting there laughing at me. it helped loads when i had ds1 but then i pinged back into shape easily after........
all is well in rags land, have been looking out for diary but not seen it yet, did you ever get round to redoing your first post??
hopped onto the scales this morning and am now 11st 1oz. thought i would put on as its "the" week next week and the food at work has been a bit naff so been having a lot of toast and butter with crisps. Going to take me own lunch and tea in from now on. Healthy, healthy, healthy!!!!!!!December 2018: £20,850.24. Now: £18,333.02 Total paid in 2019: £2517.22

Give th davina dvd a bash, it doesn't take long and is good. luckily my mother loves having her grandson for 30 mins 3 times a week so I can get to the gym! Wish I'd ping back into blinking shape, pregnancy has changed my body beyond all recognition. Wish I was 11stone 1oz! Am 11st 5, have 13 more pounds to go to pre pregnancy weight.
Funnily enough, reading your diary today inspired me to start my own! Bit of a ramble going on there at the minute but I'm sure I'll get better as I get more used to posting instead of lurking!
Take care x*** PROPHECY_GRRL****** DEBT FREE AS OF 17/10/11 - I DID IT!!! ***0 -

Good morning all!!!!
My fella went out yesterday for his mates 30th (hes only 26!!!) so i had the afternoon with the kiddies and the night to myself. Now i thought, maybe a bath with a glass of wine, maybe watch a film and relax............................................. but no, walked past the room that should be ds2 and felt sick of seeing the ironing pile taking over the floor so thought i would do that then have my bath with a glass of wine. 3 BLUMMING HOURS LATER i finally finished!!!! i am here by pledging never to hide from the iromning pile and let it get that bad again!!!!!! never did get my bath and wine
thanks pipsmum, my ticker is coming along nicely!!! i get paid in 2 weeks and cant wait to see what my major overpayments this month will add up to on the ticker! (simple things, simple minds and all that!!) really not sure how much overtime i will be able to get at work after this next month as one of the nurses will be back off her hols. Might have a look in the holiday book to see when anyone else is off on their jollies. Should of just said i will go back full time really as thats what im doing. Its nice to just have 3 days though once in a while..................................
have definatly decided to put something away each month for clothes. Have been reading other diaries on here and it seems most people do this!! just need to work through monies in and out to see how much i can afford to put away each month..... thinking possibly £40-£50 a month, it seems a lot but ds2 needs a whole new wardrobe when his clothes dont fit from vests to nightstuff!!!!! dear do. ds1 not so bad, he is just needing some new pants at the mo as he has suddenly got long legs (they have finally caugt up to the rest of him!!!!!)
the OH has been talking about getting a treadmil:eek: have tried to explain we dont have £150 for one, have no where to put it and many of them wont hold his weight yet!! and its free to walk outside, which ds1 will enjoy and will do us all the world of good to get out in the fresh air. Dont think he is convinced but agreed none the less. besides, he always gets a bee in his bonnet about his weight (he is 22 stone) but starts for a week then gives up so not splashing £150 out for something that will just gather dust after a week!!
plan for today:- put massive piles of ironed clothes away
- washing hokey cokey (loverly day so will dry in no time on the line and smell lush)
- polish (can see sticking mitt prints everywhere seen as the sun is shining right through my window
- weekly shop (aldi and mr m/mr a)
- make some yummy cakes and bisciuts for the week
- buy some little pasta to add to ds2's purees to make them lumpy
- get oh to wash the cars (ds1 loves helping with this)
- loafs in the bm (need to stock pile for the week)
- sort out ds2's room once and for all (including ebay pile in there)
- photo and list items on turbo lister ready to upload tonight!!!! (need rid now, sick of looking at the piles to sell now)
catch up with you all later
love rags
