Pigpen well done on the new TD
I secretly wished mine was broken because I like new things......but pleased now I look back that I saved the money. Mines a big load capacity one too. It's my life saver really. Oh and It's a Wonderful Life is a good film.
hama beads we only do the little ones here, we do a small lid full at a time and they still get everywhere :rotfl: then the big challenge, find the iron hunt! All part of the fun! The thing my DS hates the most is all the crafts/cooking stuff is aimed at girls. Oh a trick for collecting hama beads is a modified vacuum cleaner piece with an old pair of tights duck taped to it, means they stick on the tights (handy for all sorts of small toys, other alternative is emptying vacuum cleaner every time)
greenbee welcome home, sounds like you have had a nice time even if a little emotional. Hope you manage to warm up ok.
Welcome to all the newbies, I hope it's something you all manage to stick to, Flylady, not just for New Year Resolutions
toots !!!!!! stop swearing, ironing duvet sets, you need sectioning young lady! Just put them away and walk away from the cupboard!
Soappie I am so pleased you sent the parcel Royal Mail special delivery because DP was sent a parcel via ParcelFarce 48 hour delivery the week before Xmas, still isn't here! (He's not a happy bunny as it's one of his new toys!)
Tomorrow will be spent at home I think, DPs been out for the last few days so think he can make up for it by assisting building toys! Tuesday depends how DS2 is but might be travelling to pigpen land......:D DPs not seen family down there for ages so if they are off work we might drive down there.
DPs gone to watch MOTD in bed...........think I will stay down here until I can hear him snoringOne day I might be more organised...........

You are very welcome to join us. If you have read the thread so far tonight you will have seen the welcomes I have done already so I wont go repeating myself - its not fair!!!! You will have to be very good and not try to overdo it - pace yourself yes - thats what i do - I have a muscle weeakness disease- it is very easy to get carried away sometimes but you pay for it later.
Just do the list to whatever level you can manage and maybe an extra job now and then and you will soon see a huge difference. the rooms come round every week so what you miss one week you can catch the next.
there is no such thing as failure here - we all have problems of one sort or another - be it health, children (not problems just time consuming!) work or unhelpsul OH's - we just have to fit in the housework around our lives.
make sure you read the first post with all the info and abbreviations.
ask any questions and we will try to give you [STRIKE]insane[/STRIKE] sane answers!
welcome to the totally bonkers madhouse
toots xxPeace will be mine
could do better - must try harder

If you recall - that was going to be a real, real, real last resort and which is why I asked you if it was OK to cut the box in half so it was small enough to go special delivery! I'm still smiling over it all and am so pleased it got to you in timeI am the leading lady in the movie of my life
