X seems to have cleared off so I will stay a little while :D It's like hiding in a pub full of them, urgh! Always happens when I want to chat with my cousins or something.

toots :D as long as it made you laugh, ironing sheets is just bizarre! I have no idea how old you are so :p I called my Aunty young lady last week which made her laugh too, just one of those phrases I tend to use. Think of the electric you will save not doing the sheets.
One day I might be more organised...........

Pigpen well done on the new TD :D I secretly wished mine was broken because I like new things......but pleased now I look back that I saved the money. Mines a big load capacity one too. It's my life saver really. Oh and It's a Wonderful Life is a good film.

Tuesday depends how DS2 is but might be travelling to pigpen land......:D DPs not seen family down there for ages so if they are off work we might drive down there.

I watched charmed instead and now I am going to my nest!

Don't you dare come down here visiting and not pop in for a hug dabble in my sweetie tin and a coffee!!! I have no Triker so am much less scary.. I bet we could scrape together jayjay and ashia for coffee too.. ;) ..

Thanks for the lovely welcome, esp Toots & Froddington (is that the name of your local by any chance??), loving the avatar!

Woohoo - someone knows and understands my name and avatar :D Yes, it is my local but that's not the only reason behind it! We can slowly take them over and stop them all talking about shopping in Southampton  :rotfl: :rotfl:

Pigpen I've got to see how DS2 is tomorrow, they have a little baby girl so if he's yukky we're not going, saying baby she's 8 months or something. If we're coming I'll know by tomorrow evening, will see what plans DP makes and if I can talk him round to visiting I will! Will be PMing you tomorrow evening if we are so keep a space in your box for me! Will have the boys with us, but what's 2 more mad children with the amount you have at home......:D Oh and we'll have to tell Triker to get back off holipops now! How ignorant of her to go on holiday when I might be visiting :rotfl:

Toots (and others trying to deal with the ironing mountains) - you may have to lower your standards to deal with the backlog. Having done this recently myself I recommend having a good look through and seeing what you can fold up and put away without ironing this time. Once you've got rid of the pile, you can iron as and when you wash and THEN you can try to keep up with Valli :p

Off to bed... with two hot water bottles... hopefully that will be enough ...

Thanks for the list Pigpen. I'm going to try to be in this week - I need to get alot of studying done the next 2 and a bit days before DD gets back...unless I give her the DS to play on for the remainder of the hols....

    Monday Mayhem..

    S&S kitchen
    Level Two
    S&S bathroom & loo
Clean the oven and hob now you've eaten your feast! It shouldn't take long!
Clean the fridge to make sure none of the christmas goodies are going to waste.. find a recipe if you think they might!
    Level Three
Change any bedding you need to get washed
HHI .. We will not have any left for New Year!
Catch up on some laundry ..
    Extras
    1. HHC in your bedroom.. most look like a war zone!
    2. Dust round the whole downstairs
    3. do a crazy HHC decluttering downstairs
    4. Make sure you spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself!
    My personal list :
    • Wash dishes
    • Clear hotspots in livingroom
    • Wash door curtains
    • Wash DD's pillow & quilt
    • Study OU work - HHS. ;) Between cleaning jobs
Off to watch the end of this particular episode of Buffy (season 3, only another 4 or is it 5 seasons to go?)

    Catch you laters
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
