What make are FHI's please?0 -
Amazon are doing GHDs for just under £100 at the moment, in stock too.
I'm buying my first pair of GHDs today, just searching for asos codes and double checking that OH isn't getting me any for my birthday.0 -
Okay, just bumping this after some website trawling and this is the best deal I've found.
LookFantastic are doing GHD IV styler with a pink heat protection mat for £95.99 with free uk postage. They have lots of other great GHD deals if that what you're after, including the pink and white ones, I haven't found any extra money off codes that work but they are on my cashback site at 7% CB.0 -

I am looking for a GHD straightner as a gift for my wife. Cheapest I could find on the internet is on ghdplaza.com for £63 with 37% off. I could not find any reviews for this website on the internet. Has anybody shopped from this website.I am not sure if they sell the original GHDs or not?0 -
I agree sensibly_insane cracking price, however I checked Companies House and there is no Limited Company of that name listed:

So I don't think I will be buying.
They are called ghdplaza.com Shop Limited

Thanks V.Lucky for your post. I have found some information about this website at
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20081223104724AAmkCZK.
The same website presumably works under different names as the interface and prices look similar.
http://www.originalghd.com/ (China)
http://ghdplaza.com (Hertfordshire)
http://ghdok.com (Location: Beijing of China)
The websites provide the payment through paypal though. Just out of curiosity, how can the authenticity of the item be established if we purchase it online and it is protected by paypal?0 -

I haven't heard of that site but if you aren't 100% sure don't buy from them. There are alot of fake GHDs flying about so you need to be sure. I ordered mine from LookFantastic today after reading lots of good reviews. Might be an idea to go on there (don't want to sound like they sponser me or anything!) but they also have lots of GHD extras to give your wifes hair that perfect finish if you really want to spoil her!0 -

Is it a good idea to buy from Boots instead? I mean hopefully they wouldn't be selling fake GHDs! I am looking to buy one for my sister and need advice! Thanks in advance.0 -

Personally I would advise Boots if you have an advantage card- though wait for the next mailing as it usually has points attached to it if you spend a certain amount- or check the site for points per spend. Before Christmas it was 1000 points per £50 spend, 1000points = £10 to spend. At the very least, you would get 4 points per £1 spent so a minimum of 4% of the price back0
