My Sonic cross stitch is so nearly finished, here's how it looks so far, remember it's my first attempt!

And a sock-monkey-in-progress:
And the beginnings of a button up cowl I'm knitting for my cousin:
It's not that bright in real life, camera doesn't like artificial light at all.
Also, I bought 2 plastic Martini glasses in Sainsburys (reduced to 49p each, all picnic stuff was reduced by loads) - any ideas what I can do with them?!
I've been trying out some digital scrapbooking today, another thing for me to get addicted to! I think I'm going to make a couple of little books of our children for my parents and inlaws. Here is my first attempt, it's not very good but I think it will be easier with practice:
Sorry about all the pictures, finally found camera batteries :rotfl:Grocery Challenge £5.43/£320.00

Check out these ideas for photographs for grandma. I am planning on making them for my grandchildren as 1 of them lives in America so I thought it would be a fun way for them all to see pics of their aunts uncles cousins etc . They are all under 4 so will be a fun way to look at the pics.Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes0 -

Been getting in a right pickle with post it note holders -the ones with the bulldog clip. Tried it with an old coaster and it seemed to tight to get the post it note out............so, rummaged in my drawer and found a very large paper clip, tried that and it works brilliant :T
Only got one so I'll have to get some more............think a little ribbon tied round the top will set it off ok......hope so anyway:rotfl:I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !
