Depends on your set-up. My main computer connects to the net through a Smoothwall firewall. In Settings, Connections (have a read of the help when in connections tap the ?) I have the firewall as a proxy server and connect through that, so yes it can be done but its slow and a normal webpage is very hard to navigate on a small screen.0 -
If you get to browse the web on your pocket pc try this page from Google

Put in the address you want to go to and it will be reformatted to fit the screen, any links you then go to will also be reformatted.0 -

i can give that a try icarusi, i have both, will try it later on today.... although main problem is that for the pc you get drivers for the device, so on the pda you would need drivers....0

I just installed POI Observer on mine, it took a while but hopefully it is worth it0

Can anybody help ive exchanged my unit today, but when using it the screen goes dim after a few seconds when i load a program ive played around with the backlight settings with no joy0

If you go to Settings -> System -> System Utility you'll find a setting
which controls the backlight when the GPS receiver is active. Try adjusting this.This space for rent0
