    Good morning,

Just a quick hello but will post properly later.

Apologise for not being around at the weekend, I had my god-daughter for the whole weekend and we were out about having fun.

I did however make sure that I got The Shred done. So completed up to Day 6. I'll do Day 7 later this afternoon as I am about to take my mum shopping.

Sounds like you have both been very busy getting things done as well as having some fun which is great.

Enjoy your day and I hope your DS gets off to camp ok.

    Catch up properly later.

    Morning.

We got a lot done over the weekend but it does make me feel bad when we do that as i know DH works hard through the week and i am at home all day every day so i 'should' be able to do better. In reality i know the kids can be pains and make a huge mess. My aim this week is to see how much more productive i can be.

    AIMS today:
    • [STRIKE]stain soak and wash tea towels and flannels for washing kids after eating[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]wash a load of dark kids clothes[/STRIKE]
    • dry both lots outside it rained
    • empty tumble dryer from ?who knows when but i know it has jeans in. (Before you think i am a complete slob, it is in the garage so very much out of sight out of mind.)
    • [STRIKE]empty indoor airers [/STRIKE]and collapse them needed to put wet washing on them
    • [STRIKE]hoover porch, hall, stairs[/STRIKE] and landing was struggling as two year old was hanging on to the pipe for dear life to help me, so a quick but acceptable job.
    • [STRIKE]tidy all toys up tonight in living room [/STRIKE]and quick run round with hoover to stay on top of it
    • [STRIKE]clean table and sweep floor under the kids to stay on top of it[/STRIKE]
    • 20 lines knitted on baby blanket
    • [STRIKE]30 minutes on the exercise bike.[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]relist items that were unsold on ebay yesterday.[/STRIKE]
    • write a list for food shop at Mr T tomorrow. (£40 worth to use money off voucher started
    • post lovefilm disc
    • make a quiche and wedges for dinner.couldn't as i forgot to leave butter out for pastry, and then DS1 ate all of the cheese
    • make some buns for the kids.
    • not eat rubbish. bag of crisps and an ice cream, but i am hoping i am still up by a few calories from exercising.

and to do at some stage this week:
    • [STRIKE]list old teaching books on amazon[/STRIKE] 8 books
    • list some more items on ebay 2 new things today
    • more pruning in the garden
    • sort my wardrobe a bit to put rest of stuff from airing cupboard in there ready for bathroom rennovation
    • iron my T shirts - work out how many tops i need for hols.
    • get student loan form filled in at old workplace
Number of items ebayed (including relistings): 17/100

Number of bottles finished off this month = 2

not the worst amount of effort for one day, but a lot of effort required to get as far as i have with the kids. :)

Thanks so much for posting micron, it was just the encouragement I needed to complete day 7 of the 'Shred', I knew you'd have done it. It sounds like you had a lovely, special weekend focusing on your god daughter.

I re-scheduled mystery shop 2 for Wednesday and I went to sleep for a couple of hours, which gave me the energy boost I needed. Just off to the sauna now.

You look like you have achieved most of your objectives today too, cha97michelle, well done!!

Hi, sorry to hit and run but this is another quickie... Day 7 of The Shred completed and yes it was still hard and tiring but I am kind of getting the hang of it. I think knowing that I can actually survive the 20mins makes me struggle through it. I'm starting to dread doing level 2 already.... I can't believe day 11 is approaching so quickly.

Hopefully I can catch up with you properly later on.

    Enjoy your day.

    Morning all,

No account's work today or mystery shops, so I will work through a list of odds and ends jobs that need addressing and then have a couple of hours off this afternoon, to read my book.

[STRIKE]- Dress to shoes - cheese salad for DH and I[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]- Lollypop[/STRIKE] x 1, Lollypop x 2
    [STRIKE]- Shred[/STRIKE] 8/30 - 27%
    - Clean and take last of decorating equipment back to Anne with wine and card. We still have plenty of wine in the house even if we are not drinking it, and it is all quality stuff, from the Sunday Times wine club ;). Think of the saving :).
    - Download a few things to Blackberry.
    - Check that the budget for the month is running to plan - go through accounts.
[STRIKE]- Do invoice for Shirley.[/STRIKE] - hours need to be signed off
    - Do invoice for another client and ring them to give them update.
[STRIKE]- Book hair appoint- 11.30 Tuesday 15th June.[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]- Give self pedicure and manicure.[/STRIKE]
    - Update mystery shopping log spreadsheet.
[STRIKE]- Check time for dentist on Friday 5.00 pm.[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]- Type up mystery shop from yesterday.[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]- Two washes on and out.[/STRIKE]
    - Deep clean upstairs bathrooms.
[STRIKE]- Swish and swipe house and police hotspots.[/STRIKE]
    - Change beds.
[STRIKE]- Book smear test and - Friday 18 June at 13.10[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]- Phone GR[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]- Phone BT - website tweaking[/STRIKE]
    - Watch film with DH this evening
[STRIKE]- Read Jillian's diet recommendation and see if I need to tweak things further for the next 7 days.[/STRIKE]

Target for completion is 1.00 pm and then the day is all mine! 12/22 completed by 1.00 pm - 55% - still going to read for a couple of hours :).

Have a great day, catch up later.

I think you achieve a tremendous amount, but you're right, with two pre-school kids, you've got to be very flexible. The beauty of a list is that you'll be able to see just how much you achieve too. Crossing off is great fun, and what's not done today, just gets moved to the next day.

The Shred doesn't seem to get any easier, but I am beginning to notice results, my belly is definitely shrinking. I'm sure if you stick with your programme you'll get the results you want too. We've just got to keep plodding.

The mince and onion pie sounds delicious.

    Take care.
