    Plan for June

    1. Budget

I've prepared a budget, which is quite comfortable, so no excuses for not sticking to it!

    2. Weight Loss

I lost 4lb last month and 9lb since the beginning of March so I am losing an average of 3lb a month. I will continue to stick with my diet and exercise plan and Lou's weight loss challenge. I have set a target of 14lb over the next 10 week challenge or 1.5lb a week. Obviously, if I continue doing things the same way as I am, I will not achieve the goal, so I need to do more exercise. Although I have intermitently done The Shred this month, I have not stuck with the programme, so in June the plan is to give it another wholehearted attempt. I will also aim for 22 AF days again, and I will stick with my daily food diary.

    3. New Business

    - Logo completed
    - Business cards finalised
    - Headed paper finalised
    - Licence applied for
    - Website finalised
    - Full pitch to client 1
    - £100.00 of additional income

    4. Family and Friends

    - Meet up with close friends at least once in June.
    - Ensure DS and DH get quality time
    - Call/e-mail mum and dad regularly in June
    - Speak to sisters and cousins at least once in June

    5. Flylady

The house has had a deep clean in May so in June I will do the Flylady weekly plan, to keep on top of it.

    6. Nature and Culture

    - Trip to the cinema with DS and DH
    - Weekly cycle rides with DS and DH
    - Read 'The Kite Runner'.

    7. £10.00 a day challenge

    - £100.00 extra from New Business
    - £150.00 extra from Mystery Shopping
    - £50.00 extra from BT complaint
    - £30.00 extra from ebay

    8. Special Project

    - 15 hours
    - TW x 4
    - BR/DT x 30
    - MT x 4
    - PS x 4
    - TWA x 1

    Well that's June's plan..........

Hi, I have been lurking and reading your diary for a month or so now and I am so impressed with how much you get done. Well done in decluttering your house, losing weight, earning extra money and staying positive. You sure are an inspirational. You even inspired me to purchase The Shred... not that I have put in the DVD player yet! Keep it up you are doing briliantly.:T

    Thanks micron,

I think writing it out the way I do saves my sanity, and stops me getting stressed, though it must appear very anal and OCD at times.

I always used to be very good at doing one thing extremely well and neglecting everything else, so I'm trying to achieve some kind of balance.

The Shred is a killer, but I know that if I did it for the whole month, I would achieve my goal weight and a size 10 figure :). Fancy joining me in a 30 day Shred challenge :rotfl:. You'll be wishing you never posted.

Scrooge, your posts are far from anal. Seriously, you are inspiring me to get off my backside and do more. I writes loads of lists for everything but rarely seem to complete them.

Re the 30 day challenge... hmmmm.. yeh why not. I've got over a stone to lose so I'm sure The Shred could help me in some shape or form so I'm up for it. Considering I haven't even put the DVD on, what do we do next? I think I am starting to regret it already... but I need some motivation to start exercising so count me in. Thanks.
