Really pleased that you enjoyed yourself Scrooge. How lovely it is to be excited by something. Personal Trainers are worth their weight in gold I think. I used to have one called Mike too he was amazing. I was scared of him but it was a respectful scared and kept me on my toes.

Wow Scrooge, that is some programme. I am in awe of even attempting it let alone how I will be next week when you have done it all. My Mike was an ex SAS man, 5ft 7, built like a brick AHEM and reminded me of my Dad who was a paratrooper. So no not a picture like yours.

Good luck with all of that. DC - I have a drawer full of odd socks. When are you free?

I'm lost for words. I haven't posted for a few days and wow you have all been doing so much. Well done! You all seem to be on a roll. I'm feeling a little inadequate at the moment but I'll pick myself back up and start again with a vengence as from tomorrow.

    Ciao for now.

Good to hear from you micron, you already know you can achieve your heart's desire, it's now a matter of figuring out what is stopping you.

I have to be extremely strong physically and mentally to face my real challenge and destiny, which is a very personal one, but I am working towards it, rather than running away from it, and that feels like such a relief.

Thanks for all your support, you are amazing.

I prefer my Mike :rotfl:, your's sounds truly terrifying. I bet DC would pick my Mike over yours.

What kind of routines did you follow?

Well I have analysed my problem with Anthea Turner, and have decided that my house is where I want it to be. The washing and ironing is done, it's decluttered and we have trained ourselves to put things away. It's taken a year to get there, but I know i've arrived because I have lots of guests arriving tomorrow and there's nothing much to do.

A year ago this would have been the cue for a week long millitary operation, to get the house even mildly respectable.

The reason I can't look Anthea in the eye is that my paperwork is still a complete disgrace, and if I don't sort this out it will hinder the progress of my business. I read an old performance report yesterday and it said, "***** will always need somebody to do her paperwork for her." I usually get things done, when they need to be done, which is real progress for me, but I have paperwork in all sorts of different places and I always seem to be on a paperwork treasure hunt.

I could buy Anthea Turner's book, but I figure, DC hoovers curtains and Cheri has the spices in her cupboard arranged in alphabetical order, so you guy's may have already figured the paperwork issue out.

Where do I start. Please help :). Is there anybody out there who has a system that works or could point me in the right direction. Thanks.
