wow blueberry rice sounds good! i LOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVEEE blueberries! Have you got the recipe Marion???

I like a warm/hot cereal in the morning and since I have switched to the EE plan on SW I only have 1 HEB to use during the day. If I have cereal in the morning thats it gone:mad:

So I came up with this - I vary it from day to day, for instance today I had blueberry and tomorrow probably rhubarb:j

Cook 1/2 cup of pudding rice in 1 cup of water for about 20 minutes (I use my remoska). Remove from heat put into a bowl, add fruit and a complementing muller yogurt and mix together! ie rice with sliced banana and toffee yogurt, rice with frozen blueberrys and a blueberry yogurt, rice with mandarin segments (chopped) and mandarin yogurt. For best results eat straight away while it is nice and warm! Tastes really nice and is very very filling! Also free on SW so can be made any time you fancy it really!

Sorry to barge in on the thread but Tagz - I also can't access food focus, I'm just getting a message that the site owner has gone ove their bandwidth limit (which means nothing to me).

Bit worried how much this is stressing me out bth as I want to work out how much of my lunch I can actually eat if I log my exercise for tonight. Only been using it for a week or so and like to log everything I plan to eat that day, leaving some spare calories for treats, and juggle options around until I am slightly below target.

I don't have much to lose (I'm not quite 'overweight' on BMI charts but almost and ould like to drop a couple of sizes as I recently had to buy a 16 which is bigger than I have ever been), I've put my target as 9lb which would take me to the ideal BMI of 22, but I would possibly like to lose another 7lb on top of this if I can.

Well I sort of wish I hadn't used the breastlight now! I found something in the same area that I think I can feel the lump. Have to wait until Tues to see my doc, we have a locum on until then and I don't trust her at all. The nurse saw me on Mon and said I should see the doc so now I'll be getting all my knickers in a twist until then. I don't do waiting very well!
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!
