    Back to regular exercise now as should be less busy

    Welcome back starlight, well done to the losers and sts's!!:j Hugs for the gainers;)

    Here is my plan for the day, I have just had my breakfast and am stuffed, can't believe how filling it is - and all free on SW!:T:T

    Breakfast - HM blueberry rice plus a couple of nectarines (free)
    Lunch HM celery soup with wholemeal ham roll with mustard (free,heb,1syn)
    Dinner - pork steak, jacket potato, baked beans, glass of red wine (free, free, free, 6 syns)
    Snacks throughout the day will be coffee (hea for milk) and scan bran cakes (6 syns)

    Thats all folks!

    morning everyone. Well done some good weight losses. Havent had breakfast yet, but planning on banana and fat free yoghurt. My local paper is advertising for people to take part in the local NHS money for weight loss trial (been talked about in news recently) Think I might apply it not alot of money and you only get it after you have lost the agreed amount and kept it off for the agreed time, but it worth doing I think. I know some will think its wrong but they are going to do the trial anyway and I really need the help.

    Morning everyone!

    Well done losers and sts, and at least when there is a gain it is good to know how it happened, possibly more so than when there is a loss.

    BB I would like to report a 1lb loss which is what I am aiming for each week. Very happy with that considering we went away and have had a take away.

    I am so pleased. I'm not quite sure I believe it although I do feel a little lighter!

    Skinny me here we come!

    I feel like I actually want to exercise now where as a few weeks ago I really couldn;t be bothered. Maybe my metabolism is increasing as a friend suggested so I won;t get quite so worried about not loosing the same next week!

    A big virtual hug for all those gainers, its even harder when you know you have done everything you can to loose but due to things out of your control you gain. It will come off eventually!:grouphug:

    Welcome back Starlight!

    I'm very happy to report a 3lb loss this week. Well done to the fellow losers and STSs.

    I'm really nervous as my OH ordered me a breastlight as I've found a new lump (I am going to the doctor too) and it came just now. Have to wait for it to charge up but I've read the manual twice now already. Fingers crossed.

    Just read the other posts. WOW well done Petcorner and Mambury!!!!! Plus blueberry rice ......nice! Yes please Marion or should I say Delia!
