pls could someone pm the password.......my inbox was full when some peops tried yesterday.....thanks x
  • For whoever asked about quick breakfasts:

    a mullerlight and a banana

Ryvita muesli crunch with banana chopped on top (or dipped into a muller light)

Porridge made with water if you don't want to use your healthy A, left to soak overnight so only have to warm it up in the morning

42g dried apricots (HEb) with yoghurt or just picked on as and when you get the chance

I have had a good day so far today after a disasterous end to yesterday - I made jacket wedges to have with bacon and fried eggs but burnt the wedges! :o Had to grab food quickly then so used frozen wedges and checked syn value today - 10 syns! So I'm having a syn free day today to make up for the total of 21 1/2 syns I had yesterday!! There goes my syns for my planned homebaked white baguette with bacon treat tomorrow night  Might console myself with a HM chicken tikka curry to make up for it :D

Ooh, that would be fab with a vanilla mullerlight stirred in after heating it up.
I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites
It's wrong to wish on space hardware
    I wish, I wish, I wish you'd care
