I've had a rotten day at work but I've stuck to the plan...mostly!

Breakfast - weetabix, blueberries and mullerlight]
Lunch - Quorn curry left overs and baked spud
Snack - whole tub of cherries

I was starving when I got home so I've had a hi-fi bar to keep me going, that kind of mucks up my plan to have an EE day but hey ho.

I'm thinking of having gridded scallops and then sea bass with veg at the restaurant tonight, the syns shouldnt be too bad I hope?

Not mucked up at all! This is a perfect Mix2Max day ;) 2B choices, 1 A choice, superfree snacks, green lunch, red tea... couldn't have planned it better :D :rotfl:

    B: HB, fruit, free
    L: green: free
    snack : free
    hifi: HB
Dinner at restaurant : red choice, all free, just count syns for oil, drinks and that pudding :D

    Another novice question (sorry)
Are healthy a and bs the same regardless of whether you are on a green or red???
  • Short answer is no.

Do you have a book to hand?

longer answer - a choices are the same
b choices - largely breads / cereals / cereal bars are the same. all other b choices are very red/green specific

No only a recipe book which unfortunately doesn't shred light on a and bs

Yes and No - Hea's are the same on both days

But Heb's on a green day are your meat, poultry and fish
Heb's on a red day are your peas, parsnips, potato's, beans etc

HEb's on both are cereals, soups, cooked fruit, breads.

Does that make sense? you REALLY need the book otherwise you won't know weights of your HEb's and HEa's, let alone what you can have and what you can't!

I hadnt thought of that! brilliant thanks very much!

I'm going to have a good time tonight but I'm determined to make sure its in moderation. I had a dilemma getting ready this evening as the outfit I planned to wear is too tight :o thats even more reason to stick with SW for good!
