Hi V lucky
pleeeeease dont eat 'my' pizza every day and say 'but angie said I could' .... :rotfl: but, yes, surely pizza contains all sensible food groups and should be healthy (hmmm... maybe this was part of my weight problem....)
anyhoo... menu plans
I think it is great to post a menu plan, it keeps you focussed, and allows feedback...
(on that note!! ..)
Cheese - On a green day you are able to have 28g brie as a B choice. It would also be 28g of cheddar as an A or B choice(42g if it is reduced fat cheddar), I have no idea why brie only counts as a B choice and not an A choice, but thats SW for you
So unfortunately you need to adjust your syns for the day unless you have used no other HA (milk?) and can count it as a double HE, and even then you are stretching the rules a bit.
Breakfast ... do you always skip breakfast, or was this a one off (at this point I start to sound like my mother lol) ... even a small breakfast is a good thing diet-losing-weight wise, so might be woth considering if you don't usually.0 -
Just back from weigh in. I am very pleased 5.5lbs off this week :j Also I received my stone award which has made me even more determined with my weight loss.0

I have only just found this thread........shows how observant I am!!
I have been going to SW since the start of September and have so far lost 35lbs, I still have a long way to go, but feel different about my weight loss this time round (yes been here before, done most diets, have the t-shirt etc etc).
I just wanted to say to the OP who wanted to buy the books, if you aren't 10000000% motivated its very diffcult to follow any eating plan without the support of a group, be it a group of friends you meet up with weekly or going to class, I have failed at dozens of 'diets' and I know for a fact going to class every week is what is keeping me on the straight and narrow, I can't really afford it either, but I figure its worth it for my sanity!!!!
Good luck to all....xxxI believe that I have the strength to make my dreams come true:T September Challenge £5 per day - £0/£150 :T0 -
