Ive managed to stay on track so far this week. I hadnt last week and couldnt get to class on Tue, so I weighed myself at home and it said i stayed the same, so made me want to try harder this week.
Im just back from swimming, I did 40 lengths of an olympic size pool. Ill start slowly and build up. I really enjoyed it too.
Today im having EE
Brekkie - 2 slices nimble with Asda reduced fat egg mayo and ham (heb, free, free)
cup of tea using milk from hea
After swimming - half a canteloupe melon sliced up.
Lunch - Baked potato, curried quorn mince with beans topped with Fromage frais (all free and very filling)
snack - plum, apple, satsuma, activia yoghurt
Dinner - Pork loin (fat trimmed off) with pak choi, rice and other stirfry veg (all free)
Ill have SW chips if i get peckish later. and a kit kat (5 1/2 syns):santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
I am having a small food panic attack as I just found the Asda egg mayo has been added to the online directory. I have no idea where they got the figure from as I remember us all doing the syn calculator a few weeks ago and with eggs as the free food allowance it was free
Good for You, Egg Mayonnaise Deli Filler, chilled, 2 level tbsp 2 syns!!

Jeez, you think 40 lengths is starting slowly! If I did 2 lengths someone would have to help me out of the pool to recover!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:!
Good going nic, keep it up!When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

Yes i could make a 100 syn cake and just give myself a 12th of it, but then the other 11 pieces would be calling me
The difference between NAS jelly and ordinary is miniscule to me, miles less than the difference between cous cous cake and my home made carrot or chocolate cake!
Can someone PM me the password, please? I have my choc treats and sweets to syn....I bought some today and I think I got some low syn ones, but want to check the values.I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites
It's wrong to wish on space hardware

Oh, and I forgot to ask, I know we're not supposed to give out the password on here and I don't, but my consultant is on holiday abroad for two weeks, and I stupidly didn't pick up the new one from the stand in, or her contact details.
If someone is kind enough to PM me I can give you the last 4 passwords to prove that I'm a regular paying member? I write them in my book!0 -
Blimey you are good. I've never written any of them down and always think I'll remember them. By the time I've learnt it, it changes to a new one (by the time I've got home I've forgotten it)! When our consultant went on hols the stand in just wrote it on the signing in sheet. Like I'd think of looking there!I saw two shooting stars last night
