sw-mina, if you google butter buds it brings up a few recipes, and there's a little sheet inside the tube I think you'll find, but I've only ever glanced at mine so not sure what recipes are on there! I find the tiniest bit (less than a quarter of a sachet) added to my food just gives enough of a rich buttery taste!
7 lbs taxi! I can only dream! Perhaps I am too lax with my syns:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Just a few questions please if anyone can help me.
I tried cooking with virtually fat free fromage frais making a sauce like chicken tonight's with mustard. I fried the quorn, onions and mushroom in fry light then added the fromage frais mixed with mustard and it all curdled and went disgusting and I had to throw the lot away.
Is it possible to cook with the fromage frais making it into a sauce the same way you would with creme fraiche, or am I living in cloud cuckoo land?
Second question, how do you fry an egg in fry light? Do you just fry the pan and cook it on low, or do you spray it as you are going along cooking it, if that makes sense?
Thanks xx:hello:0 -
Can anyone recommend any low/no syn quick grab snacks? My diet downfall is craving something sweet around this time of day but I don't always have time or inclination to cook anything.
I try to eat yogurt and fruit during the day and I really can't tolerate any more of it in the evening:o so is there anything else I could pick on?0 -

Personally, I spray a cold pan, bring it up to heat (until the 'whiteness' of the frylight disappears), then add an egg and fry as normal - med to high heat.
A good non stick pan is fairly essential for this, but honestly, you won't know the difference once you have the hang of it0 -

The average bottle of wine is around 30 syns and if I were you I'd stick to the chow mein, lol, the chicken balls would put your daily syns through the roof  (at a guess I'd say probably about 25 syns)I let my mind wander and it never came back!0
