Congrats Jak that is a great achievement *applauds*
Fingers crossed for you Angie!
FE, really good point about your overall choices meaning more than that one meal/night out/coffee
JemmaB I'm veggie so haven't set foot in nando's, typical that a low syn option is unavailable for me on my green days! Eek @ pizza express next week though. Gorgeous food, but nearly 100 syns per pizza IIRC!
Today so far:
B = quorn sausages, quorn bacon (.5 syn), eggs, tinned toms, HEB bread
L= HEB bread, quorn sausages, butter (1.5 syns), ketchup (.5 syns), muller light vanilla and chocI saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites
It's wrong to wish on space hardware
I wish, I wish, I wish you'd care0 -
Oh bum, how many times must I slip up before I realise CHECK THE SYNS FIRST! I had Gnocchi for lunch, just had a second helping thinking its free, but 1) I forgot I'm supposed to be on an EE day today and 2) wow - the whole packet (which I've had now
) is 10 syns - that with the pesto I've has is 12.5, PLUS I've now had an extra flipping healthy A so thats an EE day out the window or another 6 syns.
I was going to have fishy thai curry tonight, does anyone know how many king prawns I can have as my HEb on a green day?? I REALLY want to have it tonight, I've drooled for days thinking about it! :rotfl: The curry is 1.5 syns (excluding meat) so I can just about "afford" that.0 -
Please can someone tell me if what I am eating is OK for an EE day?
breakfast - 2 pcs of brown bread from 400g loaf (HEB) with 2 slices of lean bacon with fat trimmed off.
Lunch - 2 egg omelette with 28g cheese and side salad.
Snacks - low sugar jelly and noodle mug shot.
Tea - Spag bol wiyh extra lean mince0 -

Hello
Yes this looks fine to me for an extra easy day as you have both your 1A option and your 1B option.
as you have used your HEA on cheese, any milk you have would have to be synned (you dont say what your choice of drinks are).
dont forget to have some syns0 -

flatmate used to do peaches and cinnamon IIRC - used to smell delish!
Student Days also, my friend used to have Marmite and Banana Toasties with cream...... yuk!You can stand there and agonize........

Debbie this looks fine for an ee day but just make sure you are keeping track of any syns:
Did you use spread on your barcon sarnie - if so syn it.
Low sugar jelly will probably have syns depending on which one it was - syn it.
Did you make your own sauce SW style (passatta, onions, etc..) or did you use a jar? - If jar syn it if you used tomato puree - syn that also.
Keep it up I love EE it has made such a difference to my ability to be able to follow this plan. You can stand there and agonize........
