    Costa Coffee

Free Range Egg Sandwich 172g pack is 16 syns red/green/EE

Free range egg & tomato sandwich is 19.5 red/green/EE day.

I believe you can deduct 6 syns if on wholemeal bread (HEB) Doesn't say anything about mayo on it.

    Can find the chicken pitta/Nando's

    :)

Thanks fluffy, that sounds great to me. Just need to syn the gravy today. I usually have quorn sausages or a quorn fillet with my roast dinner so will look forward to the chicken.
