Sorry I've not replied sooner and I guess everyone knows what's what by now.
I actually lost weight over the hols :A but only because the whole family have been laid up with some dreadful 'bug'! Most of the Christmas food has gone off, and we've only just got round to feeling like eating.
Still, judging by some of the gains, at least there's a silver lining :rotfl: :rotfl:
For those who haven't had their briefing yet:-
There are just 3 steps to an Extra Easy start:
1. Choose your Free Food
Anything that’s Free Food on Green OR Original – so that’s pasta, rice, potatoes, lean meat, poultry, fish and all the Superfree food – is totally Free on Extra Easy! Yes, you can eat unlimited meat, potatoes and veg, fish, chips and mushy peas, and chicken curry and rice with no measuring, no weighing, no counting – no kidding!
And for super-fast, super healthy results, fill one third of your plate with Superfree Food!
2. Choose your Healthy Extras
Each day select one Healthy Extra ‘a’ choice and one Healthy Extra ‘b’ choice from our simplified list of calcium and fibre-filled foods, including milk, cheese, bread and cereal. (No need to choose chicken, new potatoes or wholemeal pasta as Healthy Extras – they’re all Free with Extra Easy!)
3. Enjoy 5-15 Syns each day
And if the Syn values for Green and Original foods are different on the standard Syns lists, count the lower one!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

I am going to WI at SW tomorrow hopefully and we're getting all the details on the new eating plan. :j Anybody tried it yet?
I have eaten extra specially healthily this last week and walked miles so I am hoping I have lost a bit. I am still just short of my 2 stone award and I started last April. I feel really healthy, have some very nice new clothes and have definitely changed my eating habits for the better, so it's not all doom and gloom.:D My shape has altered completely and I have much more energy.
I stay the same for weeks on end, lose a pound, gain half a pound and so on. Never large amounts but I would just love to lose 2 stones and that would spur me on to lose some more I'm sure!;)0 -
