    Hi All,

Does anyone mind if I join you all - I started optimise at home a week or so ago and despite sticking to it haven't shifted any weight so not impressed.

I'm not new to the diet so know it will work just need to give it time - mind you I think my metabolism is shot to hell after doing lighterlife a couple of years ago.

In addition to sticking to it I've been doing my 10k steps a day and at least 30 mins on the Wii...........

Hoping to stay on track with plenty of support.

    Cheers

    Kate

    Help please!!

I'm getting really confused with this and the other thread! :o
I'm new to the thread so excuse all the questions I've had over the past few days!

Do most of you just go between the two? Is there any difference between the two?

    Thanks!

I read it as tongue in cheek first, but no smilies, no hints as to otherwise. Highly offensive TBH.
