Does anyone else think how unfair it is that so many foods that are SW friendly and syn free are so expensive compared to their alternatives? Mullerlights are free but usually cost the earth but Tesco own brand ones are much cheaper and have syns. Plus fresh fruit is free but costly, for example a tub of raspberrys can be £3 but tinned fruit can be as little as 50p a tin?

    It sucks!

    Ok rant over :)

Actually Tesco own brand ones are free::j

At the moment, muller are cheaper in tesco as they are 27p each, whereas the Tesco ones are 3 for £1 aka 33p each. :)

I can't stand the Tesco own brand ones though, they aren't a patch on Muller.

I *think* the ones I'm thinking of come in pots identical to Muller, but they may be a little smaller, but are definitely bigger than normal 125g pots.

    Icky though.

Morning :hello: kids have had me up since 6.15am, so have time to plan my meal plan today.

Brekkie - shape yoghurt with banana and blueberries topped with half a alpen light bar chopped up (1.5 syns)

late brekkie when we are all sitting down together - bacon sarnie using 2 slices of wholemeal nimble (HEB)

lunch - JP, pasta n sauce, curried beans, all free

Dinner - Turkey and apple meatballs served with spaghetti and a side salad

snacks - satsuma, grapes, loads more fruit but will have to go shopping first.

drinks- water and tea using milk form HEA (oh yeah will use some milk in past n sauce also)

syns - only the alpen light bar (1.5) as I was a pig last night and had a packet of french fries, a packets of quavers, a heros sized fudge, 2 double vodkas and diet irn bru and a cadburys caramel

I had been good all day but just got all nibbly and was craving chocolate. So im going to be extra good today to make up for it as I wi on Tue and I really want to see if doing EE for a whole week had made me lose.

hope you all have relaxing Sundays, Im off to clean out the rabbit

    Morning everyone.
    Hope you are all well.

Another EE day here, as im out and about all day, 2 footy matches with kids and hubby is referring another match this afternoon, so its eat as and when we can today (sundays are always like this for us in the footy season, but thats what you get for having 3 lads and a referee for a hubby!!)

But plan on having jerk chciken and rice later for tea.

    Have a great sunday all
