Well, I've had a result today. Customer complaints lady phoned me and I'm getting another £65 approx in backdated interest. So that's a total of about £110 I've got out of them.0

I've made a small amount of progress....After transferring money into my NW ISA in three batches from my HSBC current account (10k, 10k, 5k) I now have 15k in my NW ISA. Where the other 10k has gone I do not know! I spoke to a guy at NW last week and he said it would take 3 working days to clear into the ISA. I sent 10k on Weds last week, another 10k on Thur and 5k on Fri and yet one of the 10ks isn't showing. I'm giving them til tomorrow and then I am going to kick up one hell of a stink.
I really wish I had never got involved with NW!!!!What goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -
My saga still continues....I now have all my money with NW, but £10k of it is sitting in the linked saving account rather than the ISA. I spoke to someone yesterdy who said she would get it transferred over and call me back - guess what? Neither has happened!
At least I have now identified where the "lost" money went, but it only arrived in the linked account yesterday, depite having been transferred around the same time as the other batches which arrived in the ISA account on 16th.
I don't know which I regret more, putting my money in IceSave in the first place or trying to open a NW ISA!!!!What goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -

Well, I suppose after 6 weeks I have made some progress....I now have all my Icesave money in my NW cash ISA, but still no sign of any interest.
I would seriously consider moving it to another ISA due to the problems I have had with NW, but I can't even begin to imagine how long that would take them to sort out! What goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -
same happened here. only took me about a month to get the money transfered back into the ISA. and then when they finally paid me the intrest from the month that was lost they then put it into the other savings account aswell.
update. after checking my account today to see if the intrest has been moved into the ISA. what do i find. they have only gone and withdrawn the intrest from the savings account they had put it into. not transfered it into the isa but pulled it altogether. u can bet the next excuse will be they need to take it out to put it back in. just rung them up and waiting for a reply phonecall. which u can bet wont come so ill be off down to the branch if it doesnt come in the next hour. this nightmare never !!!!!!! ends with these idiots.:mad:would seriously consider moving it to another ISA due to the problems I have had with NW, but I can't even begin to imagine how long that would take them to sort out!0 -
update from the bank with every excuse going. the intrest had to be taken out as it couldnt be transfered across as it would just be bounced back due to the fact i have put 3600 into the account already this tax year.. next excuse is that the intrest will be added onto the account at the end of feb as they have just missed the cut off date for this months intrest. so in feb i should get a nice big sum according to the bank manager. whoppie do. it doesnt matter that the amount (only£90 i know) should be sat in my ISA now gainging intrest instead it wont be in my account for another month. so now i can wait till the end of feb and see if they !!!! it up again!0

I guess that means I have to wait until the end of Feb for any interest on my money now as well. Trouble is, I can't remember what the rate was in December when I signed up, so have no idea how much I should have.....ho hum, I suppose something is better than nothing, which is what I currently have! What goes around comes around.....I hope!0

if u look on natwest site i think it still gives the old intrest rates. i looked them up when looking to see what they owe me in backdated intrest0
