I feel really odd. Over the last couple of hours I've very quickly got a cold, it's just hit me like a steam train. I've had a cold sachet thingy but I feel incredibly tired.

They can come out of the blue cant they though, really knock you off your feet. Quick dose yourself up and wrap up tonight under a duvet, watch loads of tv and eat loads of chocolates
