It's very definitely a sign that your self esteem is low hunny. :grouphug:
When I'm really lacking in confidence I do the same.....I also do that 'pushing him away to see if he comes back' thing, which isn't very nice at all.
And the neediness makes people back away, which makes you needier still and even more in need of reassurance, so you push a bit harder, so they back away a bit more, and it becomes a vicious circle.

Don't you all love school holidays?!!!! Little one is still at preschool until tomorrow but he didn't want to go as his big brother is off school!
Roll on Christmas Eve when hubby is home!
Bunny and Snags - I have really low self confidence and always need reassurance, I have stopped 'testing people' though (the whole pushing away thing!) Hubby knows me better than I know myself and is fab at giving me reassurance when I need it before I notice it!0 -
