Wow, so big changes ahead from next month money wise.
Imagine you'll be spending a few hours sat in front of an Excel spreadsheet having a play around. How lovely it will be not to have lots of rows and columns for debts.
Look forward to seeing how it all works out.

How is the pregnancy going? Are you going to find out what colour this one's going to be?

    Thanks ladies :-)

sickness is till lingering, but I am having more clear periods than I did with Pip so I should be happy. We go for scan on 29th May and we have decided NOT to find out what flavour baby we are having, we talked about it and whilst it would be useful to know we both found it kind of odd that you would know its name and stuff before it was born!

Money wise it will be great having no minimum payments to go out each month, they have been dropping alot since I cleared a chunk from the flat sale so its been very motivating. Today was my last payday which feels quite weird! I will just be getting Pips Child benefit, possibly a little bit of tax credits and possibly JSA so budget will be VERY tight, hard to plan it until I know for definate what they will let me have, so nice to know I have got my debts to a little bit less than my redundancy to give me a little bit of breathing space.

As Mum2one knows from the Christmas thread I have started buying my Chrimbo pressies! I figured the earlier I started the much less stressful it would be with a New born Pea and also little spare money.

Bet it be amazing to be debt free, hope little pea doesn't decide to open their legs and flash the crown jewels!, remember one scan with Miss Hoodie, looked like she was waving, memories. She now wants a baby brother or sister as a boy in her class his mum is having another!! try explaining that one away!! At 41 i'm too old, no man!!!

Thinking of Pip, and xmas prezzies theres some brilliant bargains on halfcost, i got some boys pjs £1.00 each, dressing gowns £2.50, all kids stuff is 3 4 2, free p+p when u spend £25 (use to be £50) and also FF15 gets you 10% off everything even ifs it on offer.

We'll have you writing cards soon!! xx

Thanks for mentioning Halfcost Mum2one I had forgot about them, had a quick look nothing much caught my eye but will defo check more often.

Placed an order with Approved foods, OH is going to freak when he sees how many popadoms and Naans I ordered!!!! Well they will last wont they :-)

Mr Pips gave me an IOU for my birthday and last week he gave me an Xbox Kinect. At first I was really annoyed A) cant afford it B)18 weeks Pregnant HELLO! C) I said I would like one way way before Christmas and havent mentioned it again since. Well once I calmed down and listed Dance Central 2 back on Amazon ( I mean really again HELLO!!! Can you all see me and my morning sickness and bump jumping round my living room???) Ive found that Pip loves it! Looking to try and ifnd him a couple of the games cheaper, if you see any shout! We downloaded a demo of a Sesame street one where you have to pretend to be a monster, cue much stomping, roaring and also laughter!

Had to take him for a Hospital appointment today with a hearing specialist. We had noticed he struggled with sounds the same eg found, Ground, boat and coat. Health Visitor referred him and today he had some tests and they found he does have some hearing loss. Probably glue ear and may need a little op, got to go back in 3 months to see if its worse or the same.

Been a very naughty girl today and semi-squandered some of my Redundancy Money on a new Patio Table, Chairs, Parasol and Oil Drum BBQ. Got the lot for £119 so I don't feel toooooooooooooo guilty, just a little bit! Hoping this gorgeous weather we are having sticks around until the weekend so we can try them out.

Kinect Wise, been playing it a little and Pip loves "Once Upon a Monster" which has Elmo and Cookie Monster in it. Going to buy Mr Pips the Star Wars game for Fathers Day .
