I know when I sued my ex-employer, (back in 05), they sinced closed the store, and the staff were meant to have 1 weeks notice per yr of employment, - they didn't get the notice, think they were pd the weeks wage, but its def worth looking into, have u got any union representation?

or even better - legal protection on your house insurance,

(sorry its only half bits, memory rusty with somethings) x

In truth its not the date being moved forward that I am unhappy about as we have been in consultation since LAST January. I am fuming that they didnt tell me directly or even via email. Got to go tomorrow to get my Severance aggreement signed by the company solicitor, luckily they are paying for it.

    Hi all!

So had meeting with Solicitor, it was actually really useful. He did a group session and went through the agreement clause by clause, suggested what things he thought needed adding before we sign, listed the things that we all wanted adding or at least querying, then after did one on one sessions for any individual probs we have.

My agreement states I will receive X amount, I have an email from HR saying the will recalculate once I leave to factor in the 6 month full time secondment I am on. I asked him if I should sign and trust they will recalculate or not sign and get them to recalculate now we know I will still be in the role when I leave. He has advised definately not sign and get them to recalculate now, if I had just signed they would not be required to recalculate as I had agreed I was happy with that amount! Lucky I asked!!!

Just got a £10 redeem on Valued Opinions which I will add to my Christmas pot, also got a Mr Ms £5 voucher from their petrol loyalty scheme.

Hoping to get my Sewing machine at the weekend, £44 from Hobbycraft, I would love to be able to make a few Christmas gifts.

How are you all? x x

That brings back some memories, toothpaste use to set me off, and anything with a mint aroma, - another thing was watermelon, I went to Turkey, I was 23weeks gone - still head down the loo, thought make an extra effort to eat fruit, every meal was water melon, never eat it the day before coming home, it was the only day in 2 weeks hadn't been sick!

I went off cider and craved bitter, had to be tetley bitter, went off curries, and craved mini pork pies..x

Had to have a Wisdom tooth taken out today so feeling pretty miserable. Had toothache, thought I would need a filling, then found out it was an extraction, then found out it was a Wisdom tooth :eek: I had to ring my Mum and get her to come and hold my hand!!!

Luckily (funny choice of words!!) they did it all as an NHS Emergency so I havent had to pay for it because of the Maternity exemption. Think I would have sobbed more than I did anyway if I had to pay for it too!!!

She thinks one of the reasons it rotted and infected so quickly was due to my Morning Sickness and the acid on my teeth so has recommended some fluoride mouthwash to use. I had the sickness with Pip from about 6 weeks all the way through until about a month after I had him!!! Apples and Milkshakes are the only things keeping me going at the minute!

Hope you have all had a good St Patricks day x x
