oh heck Pips Mum, what a cheek making you service the boiler, we can't make our buyer do that and i wouldn't even dream of it.

sorry to hear everything else that's going on as well, hope you've got your gas credits and some hot water and heat now

hopefully everything turns around as quick, you take care. Know the feeling bout cars, the brakes and sumthing gone on dads, so sharing one car, the weird thing is 99% of the time we hardly use both cars, now seem to be appointments etc coming out of our ears. xx

:j:j:j:j:jIts gone, its gone, its gone!!!:j:j:j:j

So relieved flat has finally completed after 5 months of stress and paying 2 mortgages  Had the remainder of the balance transferred in by teatime and there was a little more than I was expecting :p Going to look and see where it will have most impact on debts and reducing monthly payments and also going to keep a bit back for MOT next month and also leave date in May.

Hopefully your lease problem is resolved LT?

Realised I never updated the payments on Payday so will do that over the weekend. Speaking of which, have a good one everyone x x
