    Hi Everyone!

Misskwa Thanks but I had already joined, 75 points would have been nice though!!!

So my little money scheme I mentioned a few weeks ago appears (touch wood) to be working so far! Basically I bought some items from a well known high street s*x shop in their sale and popped them onto Ebay. Chanced £50 which got me 12 items and so far all are selling for over what I paid for them. Not going to make me a millionaire but giving me a couple of quid profit for not much work. Hoping Valentines day will be a good time for the bits to fly as well. I think people are worried to order direct from them, as if the box would be stamped in big letters what was in there!!!

My surveys and other bits are still coming along nicely too so feeling quite happy. Mission is to save, save, save as much as possible for redundancy in May, my pay out should clear the bulk of what I owe so want to get a bit of back up to actually live on until I get a little part time job or possibly be a SAHM who knows we shall see.

Need to update my totals and signature as its been pay day so Ive made my payments to CCs.

    Right off for now

wonderful january totals, you've made huge progress in just a couple of weeks.

how the flat sale going? we're heading towards a february completion date now, no date for sure but have a pack of questions to answer, we've had the contract documents to sign though so they can all go back together. hope yours is progressing better than mine is.

They do have some really good bits in the sale sometime for dead cheap! I did this a bit last year, as they had some clearance bits in the sale and there was a couple of codes for 20% off (which I think was a bit glitchy in that it took the 20% off what the original price should have been, and free delivery etc) so managed to get lots for very little.
And topcashback too if I remember correctly!
Most did really well on Ebay, although I did notice that for a couple of the best bargains, others obviously had the same idea as several popped up and gradually people were offering Buy it Nows for less and less than each other, trying to be the cheapest. So I did end up hanging on to some until everyone else had gone away, and they did well again! :D

I need to find the time to get back on Ebay, got so much to sell still, and need the space, given that BABY NUMBER 2 HAS ARRIVED!! :j

Yay congrats Monkey! What flavour baby did you get this time? Hope you are all doing well x x

LT - No firther with completion date yet, will try and give them a yell tomorrow and try and hurry them up a bit (ha ha ha as if that will work but agirl can wish!)

    Hi Lucielle!

I put the items on Ebay with a start price of what I paid, figured I would rather pay a proper listing fee than it sell for 99p! I am quite prepared to keep listing them if need be to make sure they dont sell for less than I paid, so far though they all have bids of what I paid or higher.

Off to do some surveys x x x

Whoop whoop! Justa managed to book my Sun holiday for June Thanks to the clever people on here cracking the code and also lucky me getting a priority code. It gave me the option to upgrade to luxury so I did, paid £90 which in truth was more than I wanted to pay today as MOT coming up but am happy to struggle to find it so I know we can have a little break. Going in June so wont have to worry about taking time off work (!) and booked a park in Norfolk so a lot nearer and therefore better for fuel. Really Happy :-)

Pips mum i've come to the conclusion that owning a flat is the hardest thing to do. Spent a few hours last night answering a billion and one questions from our buyers solicitor - i don't ever remember it being so hard when i bought the flat.

well done for booking your holiday, you've won't be too far from me if you're heading to Norfolk. we did a sun break there once and it was lovely (but cold - but we were there in October)

I know exactly what you mean LT! I didnt have to go through half this carp when buying! Chased solicitors and we are still waiting on Housing Assoc approving his mortgage offer grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Im thinking of ringing them and telling them I cant afford to continue paying 2 mortgages so until they let me sell they wont get anymore money, bet they soon hurried up then!

We are going between Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth, hoping it will be nice..........................and cheap!

Need 26 more points on Swagbucks until I can redeem and its killing me!!!!
