i have to admit that i'm scared that no one will want to come and see our flat and we'll be stuck here when emotionally i've cuts my ties to this place and am building my links to the new house. I have a horrible feeling i'm setting myself up for a fall0

Little Pip is poorly today actually LT, I should really rename him Sick McDick today! Hoping he will be better in the morning.
Had first viewing on the flat last night, all positive, he has a few more propertys to view this week but apparently it definately wasnt a no.
Found out today I have a job until Christmas at least as there are too many problems with the new systems they installed and also so many people have left so they need me to train the new recruits!Debt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T

Want to hear something hilarious involving money???? Well its no wonder that I will be at work until Christmas at least as they announced today that despite spending £200 million, yes I did say 2 HUNDRED million, on the new system it doesnt work properly and they are not going to be able to role it out in September as planned but next year instead!!!!!Debt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T

it's madness isn't it how much these systems that don't work cost.
glad you've got a job until Christmas though, fingers crossed it rolls a bit further after that as well.
hope Pip is feeling better now and you all have a good weekend, and fingers crossed that you've found a buyer.0 -
Helloooooooooooooooooooo
Just a quick update, no buyer for Flat still hows yours going LT?
Boss told me today I have a 6 month project role at the next up paygrade, this is obviously :j but I also feel a little bit .
Right lets be positive and do my :j:js first:
:jHave a job for 6 more months
:jHave a small pay increase for 6 months
:jSeverance money will go up a bit more
:jWill still be able to claim travel overtime and also petrol
:jProbably will be able to afford not to work (certainly for a while anyway) once I do leave.
Now my :mad::mad::mad:s
 I will still have to commute 2-3 hours a day
 I will have to travel long journeys through the winter weather
:mad:This should have been given to me 18 blooming months ago as it is doing the same as I have been doing all along. Project roles have become available as the you know what has hit the fan with new system and they are throwing money at the problem.
 Role is also being given to 2 others, (they have to interview but I am at least just being given it) feel a bit bitter that I have slogged my guts out for 18 months and they are just going to be able to waltz in.
Am I being too bitter and twisted or would you all be a bit miffed to?
Overall I am happy really, just going to have to suck it up for the greater, long term good.
