i'll keep looking, just can't see anything at the moment but then again we shouldn't be looking until we've sold our place and there's bound to be more places on when that miracle does happen.0

So I had got really good news and before I got time to post I got really rubbish news!!
On Sunday the flat received an offer and I accepted, it was a bit lower than I really wanted but it at least had sold. Then on Thursday the Estate Agent rang to tell me that the couple hadnt actually got a mortgage in place as they had said and now in fact couldnt get one so now the flat is back on the market.
Trying to think positive and that at least now I might get a higher offer but dang it sucks to think you are going to be ok moneywise and then have it kicked form under you :-(
Starting working in leicester tomorrow, the office is bang in the centre so the traffic will be a nightmare and the journey will take me about 1.5 hours. My 6 month project role also starts tomorrow though so I will be on a little bit more money at least.
Hope you are all ok x xDebt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T

that's such a shame! we still haven't had anyone come round to view our place. The market just seems so bad at the moment it's like it's frozen in place again. good luck with the new project role shame about the extra journey time0

Hey All
Flat had sold again and again fell through as the woman had got more debts than she had told the mortgage company originally so they withdrew it. Why oh why she thought she would get away with it I will never knew. So back to square one AGAIN! So frustrating and paying 2 mortgates is no fun :-(

sorry to hear that! it's just not fair!
we've just changed the price again on ours to 'offers in excess of..' we've made our minimum acceptable offer clear to them though, so now we're waiting for people to knock the door down (hopefully). we did have one viewer but she said it was too small, i guess she didn't bother to read the floor plan before she arrived. fingers crossed you get a proper buyer really quickly.0 -
Hello Everyone
Well apparently I have another buyer for the flat, excuse me if I dont leap with joy just yet, so hopefully its 3rd time lucky. Hoping once fees are paid I should have about £1000, shocking when you consider I put down all of my divorce money which was around £20,0000. Still at least it will be gone.
3 weeks until we got to see Mickey Mouse, cannot wait :j Annoyed with work though as they didnt put in my new contract for project role properly so wont have the extra money until next month. It would be useful for Christmas had I not already got all my pressies!!
Just paid all my bills so figures stand at:Next £617
MBNA £4000
Tesco £2327
Mothercare £456
Egg Loan £3000
Total £10,400Hope you are all ok. Wish I had more time to update but the travel as you know sucks.

hope your buyer comes good this time.
