Just a word of warning to people offering rooms.
Remember if someone trashes the room, it's in your name with your credit card details.0 -

Another one here not able to book using the normal site, mobile is OK. I found a room in Inverness, site says £9, but when you try and book it it comes up £19, so I guess the search facility is a bit behind on what is really available.0

Battersea is not too far away from attractions eg. a few miles to the museums etc. on the South side of the Thames. Not sure where the Travelodge is in Battersea. Barking is a bit further away in East London, but I seem to remember had not bad transport links (only been there on business once).0 -
I managed this afternoon to book 5 consecutive nights in July for the Travelodge near my home town to visit family - 3 nights at £9 and two at £19 so averages out at £13 - still cheap. Last time we had this stampede I booked for the Easter holidays, on both occasions 1 night at a time via the mobile site. All confirmed by email so well chuffed :j
Happy New Year everyone!:beer:0
