Travelodge £9 rooms from 30th December

thank goodness for the mobile site....I was having terrible problems from early this morning....yes I could see the £9 rooms...I could even add some to my basket but the site kept crashing....

I needed to try and get 6 nights in total at Newcastle central....ended up with 2 at £9 , 3 at £19 and because the Sat nite in Newcastle was to be £75 I will be going for a day trip to Durham on the Saturday and staying there that night for £19...all in a 6 day stay for just under £100....still a bargain for the two of us, we'll be heading over from Northern Ireland for our daughters graduation...and still getting a small holiday out of it....add on £80 for flights (Cheesyjet) and its still cheap. We have had trips back and forth over the last 4 years...so we know to give travelodge breakfasts a miss!!!...its off to BHS for us for a great brekkie for about £3....well this site is all about moneysaving isn't it.

I got the email from Travelodge today at 12-14pm telling me that sale started at 6-00am obviously the £9 rooms will probably be all gone by now, I keep trying but cant get into the site. I want family room at Traveloge Edinburgh Central for 2 or 3 nights round about 22nd July for 2 Adults and 2 children. Anyone help please?

Am i the ONLY person who hasnt been able to get on the site?

Ive been at it since 7am, tried loads of different ways to get on and all im getting is: ''sorry our server is busy''

Very frustrating. I only want 2 nights, 1 somewhere near alton towers and the other somewhere in edinburgh so i can take the kids to the zoo.

Had a look (as am in site and have just refreshed it), but it says check availability for your dates and when I click on your dates for any of the Edniburgh hotels it is about £50+ for a family room!

You're into the school holidays by then so may all be gone by now

I just got home from work and got into the site ok. It crashed when I went to pay for my rooms near Stansted(night before and night after my holiday both at £9) and when I went back in one of the rooms had gone up to £19. It let me pay that time with no problems. Still a bargain at £28 for 2 nights for a family room

before you book make sure you are not ill because we both have the flu bug and wanted to cancel our jan 1st to jan 2nd room. we paid the £1 insurance for cancellation and it is a nightmare. it has taken us three hours to get through after been given five different numbers and now they want a drs certificate to prove it. just forget the insurance its probably cheaper and easier to lose the £20

I've give up now, happy holiday to those of you who managed to bag £9 rooms and more to the point get into the site!!

i tried the mobile site, it just freezes.

ive now managed to get onto the page but when i click on a £9 room it just goes to a blank page, i am tempted to give up but im not in the habit of letting things like this beat me.
