I received a PCN and it says my car was seen "From 12:02 to 12:05", but on the first evidence pictures was taken at 12:06. It looks like they can't prove my car was there between the given times.
Is it enough to cancel my PCN? Thanks ...

firstly was this a council ticket? ~If so then not enough to get you off on its own. If not and a private car park then just ignore them and all the following junk mail.

Don't give up, most Council PCNs are able to be appealed successfully in the end (just probably not at this early stage as it's all a game to Councils).

Post a new thread on pepipoo (don't hijack someone else's thread or they'll have a moan...):

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30

Read their FAQs and sticky threads at the top of that forum first, like 'READ THIS FIRST' and 'how to post pictures', then register and start your own shiny new thread on that link I have provided. See other threads to see what you need to provide in terms of info and pictures.

For starters, you'll need to show them a pic of the front and back of the PCN. All the small print, show them all the blurb, all the dates (but blank out your car ID and location).

They'll help you with an informal appeal which will no doubt be rejected but this is a 3 stage process. Don't give up at the first hurdle. I would appeal ANY Council PCN to the adjudicator as there's only the risk of paying the non-discounted fine (no costs) and most appeals win.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Same answer as I gave before (quoted in full below) applies to you. Appeal, appeal appeal and the only thing you 'risk' is being ordered to pay the full (non-discounted) fine by the adjudicator if he/she doesn't allow your appeal. But don't just appeal without help as you are unlikely to win with mitigating circumstances alone.

Hi, I got a penalty charge notice this after noon 07 parked with additional payment made to extend the stay beyond the expiry of the time initially purchased ( eg meter feeding).

I purchased my ticket with cash at 15:16 and the ticket was written at 15:52, can I appeal this - I think this is ludicrous, how can they prove this was me?

Can everyone new to forums, pretty please start your own threads? Even better, start a new thread on pepipoo (don't continue adding different queries on a thread that's on a different subject, on pepipoo it's called thread hijacking and it's against site rules - so do read the FAQs and stickies first):

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30

And FWIW to Fiona, the same applies to you as I typed above, so I will repeat it, get some pics of the front AND back of the PCN and post it asap on pepipoo:

Just ignore them. They won't take you to court and they won't "send in the bailiffs". UK Parking Control are well know on this forum and they never carry out any of their empty threats.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
