That's so annoying when it wasn't your fault, but at least you got the tax money back.

Well I am back at home for the weekend as is my Mums birthday tomorrow. Had to leave OH behind as he is working nights this weekend, poor thing.

Have had an OK money day today as I won 8 quid on bingo so that will be going to my Dads loan when I get it.

I did spend some money yesterday on downloading beyonces album, was only 5 pounds though so not too bad. Have wanted it for ages.

Am going to the pub this evening with a couple of friends which should be nice. Am driving too so shouldnt spend much.
  • hope you have a lovely time at the pub this evening. And just think, no alcohol= no hangover tomorrow either for valentines day! :D

Hope you're having a lovely weekend.

Haha well unfortunately I did end up having a couple of glasses of wine as my friend drove but didn't have a hangover. Didn't see OH fr long valentines day as he went to work at 9.

Has been a bit of a busy week so far so feeling a bit disorganised. Tuesday night I went to a screening of a new TV show through work which was good but had quite a few drinks so was feeling it wednesday.

Tonight I have got someones leaving drinks but hoping not to drink much, or be there too late.... we will see.

I don't have much news moneywise. I have been doing a bit of ebaying which I haven't done in ages. Got a couple of things with bids on and a few watchers so hopefully will do OK.

You're job sounds very exciting and glamorous!

Well done on doing some ebaying :T. I find all the listing and parcelling up very tedious but it can be a good little way to make some extra money.

I wasn't sworn to secrecy so I guess I can say hehe. Is called Trauma, is a new show on Virgin1. Is sort of like a paramedic drama, I quite enjoyed it anyway!

My job can be really fun at times, just wish i was paid a bit more but who doesn't!

The leaving drinks were good. I ended up drinking quite a lot so now feel rough but I did only spend a fiver as my lovely work colleagues were buying me drinks. I have spent quite a lot on hangover food today though!

I thought I was going to be spending this evening cleaning as my friend is staying but I came home to a lovely clean flat. i think was probably my sister, she is very useful to live with sometimes!

My ebay items end later and have at least two getting sold and the other two have people watching so we will see! I also got my bingo money I won through today and lightspeed money so not a bad day moneymaking wise.

I still have a small amount of money left this month so not doing too bad.

My friend is down tomorrow and we are going to X Factor Live concert tomorrow night. We will probably do some window shopping tomorrow so hopefully should be a cheap but fun weekend.
  • Ooh hope you have a lovely time tomorrow night, that sounds very exciting!

Welldone on your money making today too, you are doing really well :T

  • Sooo jealous, how was the show Wendz? I tried to get tickets but all sold out.

Did you manage to avoid buying anything in town? It's hard window shopping, i always want something. The amount of times i've said i'll just go window shopping but always come back with something.

Your job sounds cool, what exactly is your job? Is it something PR related?
