Unfortunatley Zig I think I may have put the weight back on that I lost :( I haven't been trying very hard and havent weighed myself for a while!

Hayley - Yeah people don't help with their weddings and babies hehe.

I have updated my sig this morning with the new amount I owe my Dad. If I just keep up my normal repayments with him will be paid off by Aug 1st, if I manage to do some extra money making though then ca n pay it off quicker.

I am off to OH's nieces birthday today, we are going to a country park. OH is working so he couldn't come but should be fun and probably make even more broody with her and her little sister.

Today was a really nice day went to the park with OH's family and his Mums dogs which was fun. Was really muddy though yuck. Then we had a nice tea at OH's sisters and birthday cake. His nieces are so cute, def made me broody. She loved her pressies too and was playing with her till all day.

This weekend wasn't too bad spending wise. Got petrol and train ticket which were the most expensive things but won't need anymore petrol this month.
  • Glad to hear you had a a nice day and that your niece liked her present :)

Sounds like you have done well spending wise, at least you wont have to buy any more petrol in Feb, it's so expensive these days!

Have you got a busy week planned?
Money paid out from Topcashback so far= £105.89 :j

  • Hi Wendz - glad you love the new car! I know what you mean about the button on the key - I'd love a car that had electric windows, central locking and a CD player - mine is a proper old school motor car. It does have a sunroof though :D You're all right about the scrappage, I have been persuaded against it again - it's the bargain hunter in me, I can't help wanting to do it!

Your sig doesn't look too bad either, August will soon fly in!

  • Great news on the car, it sounds great. When you've gone from a car with no central locking you soon realise how good it is just to be able to walk away and the cars locked, it's magic!!

Aww, your nieces sound cute, glad she liked her pressie. It will soon be your turn to be a mummy. I want one now but then i realise they're not easy, and should wait till we are 100% ready and not just 95%.

Not much to report really. Work has been busy but at least time goes fast.

We went to asda tonight and did prob get a few bits we didn't really need to be honest so oops. I did get a £1 book though and was one I wanted ages ago so that will be good for the tube.

My money is going down faster than I would like but I do have enough, two weeks till payday so should survive. Will try and be good next few days.
  • Ohh a pound for a book you wanted, that's a bargain! I forgot to look at the books when I was there on Sunday.

Sorry to hear you've had a busy week so far but you're right at least it's going quick for you as a result.

  • I know what you mean about money going down so fast, i really don't know where my money goes sometimes, it just disappears from my account like there's no tomorrow. Britain is far to expensive.

The book sounds like a bargain chick.

I am enjoying the book, although i think I have read it before, have such bad memory!

Last night we had a work night out. A company took us to All Star lanes for bowling, kareoke and drinks. Was really fun and my team won the best score and I won individual best score. Couldn't believe my luck, am normally rubbish! I got a golden pin and am meant to be getting another prize being sent over. Was a good free night out anyway.

I had a message from the insurance company who said they think I might have to settle for 50/50 and they wouldn't be willing to take it to court. they have contested a few points on the others persons statment of the accident so waiting back on that. I really don't want to settle 50/50 so hope they sort it.

I did get my tax refund of £100 for the old car back so that has gone straight to my Dad off my loan.
