PO22, got letter come through today - letter dated Jan 10 and checked bank and saw money went in on Wednesday. Loved the letter saying what to do if I "disagreed with the decision" to pay me CWP!

To anyone who does "disagree with the decision to pay CWP" my advice differs from that of the DWP - namely shut up and take it! But I shouldn't need to tell that on MSE should I?

I got a payment but I'm on income support and don't seem to fill the other criteria. I also live with my parents and my dad got a payment so we thought it was unusual for me to get one as I never have before, if it was a mistake will I have to pay it back?

nutty - do you get the disability premium on your IS - if so that's why you've got it.
Madness that those on DLA (and yes my Mum is one of them and she is really feeling the cold) don't get it.

I'm in ME15, on Income Support with disability premium for my son who receives DLA.

I received CWP payments on 7th and 14th January.

My mum whos lives in Leicester got her CWP yesterday. Didn't even realise it had been that cold here.
