    br8 area did have one, mine went in today, wasnt sure if i qualified or not but letter came today so ive check account and its there

    Im in WA3 Warrington and it comes under Woodford...had nothing yet! I have a disabled child on Disability Benefit....getting a bit jealous!!:rolleyes: :rolleyes: Any ideas.......

    when you say disability benefit do you mean dla as you dont get cwp for dla alone as this not a means tested benefit wa3 is crosby i think

    how do I get to know the criteria? My son gets dla, middle rate for care and lower rate for mobility.

    and I get Child Tax Credit

    sorry none of those qualify for cwp they are not means tested ie income support or pension credit or jsa with diability element. but you could alway phone your local job centre to check.

    Got CWP through yesterday. First time ever! London SE20. What a lovely surprise. It is the first winter in my adult life that I have had to turn the heating on 24hrs a day. It has been that way since Xmas day until yesterday so very timely.

    Still dreading my gas bill though :(
