Thanks, OP. I was just about to come ad post this sale on here but I was too late. I went to the Hulme Asda this morning, there were some good things left and it wasn't too busy. I've lareday done my Christmas shopping so I bought things for birthdays throughout the year instead. Happy days!

  • My wife got to the Milton Keynes store around 12pm and apparently it had been stripped bare!!
Hardly anything left, and certainly nothing she would waste even £1 on.
One woman she spoke to was buying stuff just because it was £1, even though she didn't need any of it lol! Some people........

  • Restricted to 5 items per customer in my store so had to put stuff in the car and go back again to get some more. Still putting stuff out though.

Thanks op got a good few stocking fillers this morning.x
  • It's been ages since I got out of bed for 8am! :o
Visited my 2 local stores, Warrington & Birchwood and picked up £16 worth of stuff - mostly what I would call cheap tat, but ideal for young nephews/nieces, and you realy can't go wrong @ £1 each :T

Both stores had everything that was included in the offer clearly marked, and tbh it wasn't a massive amount. All of their £3 stuff was down to £1, as was ~1/2 of the £5 & ~£10 stuff.
I do wonder if some of the unreduced stuff was infact part of the offer.... next time i'll take a print out from the website.

In the Birchwood store there were more staff members buying stuff, than there were customers :rotfl:
  • Got about £40 quid worth for £11 - bargain. all kids stuff, hannah montana, bratz, disney and high school musical. was feeling a bit guilty that my daught wasnt getting so many presents as she has in the past (credit crunch!!!) but this help pad out her pressies nicely, extras for the neices too as, i had cut down on their gifts too, well chuffed

i work in Mr A, so 10% as well. there was some decent kids gifts most adult gifts were pretty much tat but t was mobbed at 9 after had sropped daughter off at school so doubt there will be much left this afternoon. bet my managers are rubbing their hands in glee
