Shaz I have this one
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/4226732.htm
I find it great for mincing , sausage making. Not sure about the manual one I find I need two hands to do the sausage making with a powered one I definately wouldn't be able to manage to turn a handle as well:eek:
I posted my sausage making photos in last thread will see if I can find post for you.:D
PS it is great fun making sausages and they taste fab:D
Here it is :
""Tonight my mum brought me a 1.5kg pack of halal lamb that she picked up woopsied at asda for 20p :j I have just made them into big fat spicy lamb sausages for the freezer
Cnt remember who asked bout making sausages - think it my have been whitewing anyway remembered to take some pics this time;)
Whizzed some HM wholemeal bread to make breadcrumbs, added some mixed spices, little salt/pepper etc, then added the lamb mince and mixed together by hand.
Load the sausage skins onto the stuffer, put mince mixture into tray on sausage maker, use podger to push mince into machine, at same time control the skins filling up with mix. (which is why you can't take photo at same time - not enough hands:rotfl: )
Take the lengths of sausage
and twist into links or twist to size required.
Voila - Yummy spicy lamb sausages for freezer:jand not an additive or preservative in sight"""

Hi guys, it took me a bit longer to get back to this that I thought but like Rabbie says, "The best laid schemes o' mice an' men, gang aft agley."
The day started out alright, no spends anticipated. Washing was done, popped outside to hang it on the line then intended getting the shed put together on its new base. Hmm... the clouds blew in, broke and spilled their contents all over the washing and, despite the vertical hanging in high winds, the rain won. All had to be brought back in again and the increasingly strong gusts prevented any further progress in the shedbuilding direction.
Had made stock in slow cooker, succeeded in making the soup (turkey & rice) so there's enough to split into portions for DS lnches next week plus we had some tonight. Turkey leg meat then stripped and had enough to make 2 large pies again, I think neighbour may be eating pie for tea tomorrow as we'll never eat them both. Made use of the oven being on and now have a tray of chocolate sponges topped with Betty Crocker choc butter icing (from App Food order.) Fetchjed in more logs, kindled the fire, hoovered, dusted, washed windown and between that, keeping up to date with computer work and reading bits and pieces on here, I haven't had the chance to do any accounts. But I did have a no spend day.
Chinese (ish) food - I just stir fry whatever I have by way of veggies and meat (chicken/turkey/beef) with plenty of soy sauce and serve it up with noodles and side salad if I have any. It's an inexpensive dish to make, especially with egg noodles on offer. Another favourite here is the egg fried rice with whatever is available - chicken, pork, turkey, prawns, beef, ham. I usually add some peas and sweetcorn to my egg fried rice, as this is how I remember it from the Chinese restaurant. We also eat sweet & sour most weeks, but the sauce comes from tin or packet as it's cheaper for me to buy it than make it.
CW - thanks for the update on your S/fields-Co-op. Town near us has Aldi due to open next month and S0merf!eld is right next door but, like you say, sold to C0-0p. In the time I have been here, the stire has been Safeway then Morrisons then Somerfields and now, despite being bought by Co-op, is expected to be sold on as the Co is supposed to be staying in the smaller store. I wonder if ours will revert to Morrisons? Makes it sound all very conspiratorial, like all the stores are in league after all! :rolleyes:I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

Sorry so many of you are having problems with the colour of the site, it doesn't look any different to me! Am on DD laptop as she's watching something on the PC, so son't know if thayt makes a difference, can't see why it would.
Managed to spend only £5 last night, for pud and tip, so that was a nice night out (rest was paid for in December).
Well done SL on deciding on the job, as everyone has said, happiness is worth more than money.
Hope you're feeling better SM, and get your car sorted Marru.
Hugs to everyone else who needs them.

Hello again!
I have actually caught up now, all 72 pages! Will try and stay caught up, but as I am back to work next week I doubt that will happen
Mum and I scoured the charity shops today and I got
- Wicker plant pot £1.50
- Grub on a Grant £0.50
- 2 big (red), 2 small (magenta) balls of wool £1.35
- Gorgeous shabby chic picture frame with roses on £1.99
- Ceramic 'Popcorn' bowl, which will make a gift for someone (add popcorn/chips, couple of movie tickets and voila a movie themed hamper) - £0.79
Total Spend: £6.13 :j
All the charity shops had quite a few people in - must be the recession - all good news for the charity though - lets hope they do not try and take advantage and put their prices up
Then we went in Morrisons and I spent £14.56 on (value) veg and milk etc for when I go back home on Sunday. They have Nouvelle kitchen roll (2 rolls) for 99p so I got 2 packs of that. Might get some more next weekend. They also have 6 Muller Corners for £2, so got a couple of them.
Also got some cashback to re-pay my dad for buying a heater valve for my car, and when I gave it to him he wouldn't take it   I wish he would, as I have been actively abusing their hospitality all week - we have been out for lunch virtually every day (admittedly all on 2 for 1 offers etc but still). Anyway, that's £40 saved :j
My Mum also bought me a basket of hyacinths, so they will go on the kitchen windowsill and brighten the place up a bit
I was going to buy a Singer sewing table to use as my bedside table (off Ebay) but in the end decided it would vie for attention with my New Bed
Side note: I actually bought that bed about 2 months ago and it was £440. Am I still in time for the whole 'the item went on sale after I bought it, can you refund me the difference please?' thing? I can't remember the time limit. We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret and disappointment0 -

The short answer I'm afraid is almost nothing.
At a rate of 1%, which I think is what your figures mean you would get about 50p for the month. The main thing is that it is somewhere safe. Just try to get sorted asap so it can go against higher rate debts
Sorry for being the bearer of bad news
