Hi all,

does anyone know if there's a template for a follow up to the telephone harassment letter? I know Barclaycard have received the letter I sent but they are still calling at all hours and I am just about at the end of my tether with it.

My DMP has been very quiet recently - nothing to report really, and HSBC have stuck to their word and havent phoned us for ages thank god!

Anyhow, hope you're all doing OK :beer:

Well made my first payment to cccs today at the post office, it was weird withdrawing all the cash and then having to walk past the shops....torture....!!!

My first round of payments are due tomorrow and more over the next few days so will wait and see if it all kicks off! I wonder how well they will take it that they aren't now going to get paid until the 25th...and less than they want.....oh dear :eek:

Am trying not to panic about potential hassling phone calls but my stomach is already lurching each time the phone rings!!

Hello, everyone!

My DMP starts today.. first payment went via S/O yesterday. So far Im shocked at how good my creditors have been.... Fashionworld rang me last week but they apologised profusely once I pointed out I had told them twice about my DMP!!! They said they couldnt stop ringing until the first payment had gone through but I havent heard anything since.... Evans card rang today but again they were fine, said ok, we've blocked your account, you should hear nothing more.
I havent had to change bank accounts (thank god) cos I dont owe Alliance and Leicester anything, but I have a newish Halifax Easycash account Im using quite a bit for general expenses as Im just fed up with A&L in general!!
Could i have a number? pretty please?
