Oh also, I get a basic wage and then commission if i hit a certain target, when i did the incoming & outgoing form it set as my basic wage however i sometimes get more wages if it get commission, should I have counted this, wasnt sure how I could as not guaranteed....see look now i am worrying about something else!, i am so greatful to this place of think i may have driven the other half mad by now!!:T :TThanks to everyone on here for the help!!0 -

Basic wage declaration will be fine, as commision isn't guaranteed Any extras you can put aside to offer F&F when the time arises.LBM: 20/01/09 Total Debt: £104,050Curr Bal (25/08/12): £46,109 (55.6% Paid):jDMP Start Date: 01/03/090 -
Sorry have edited my original post now
debt will be about £5k something once ppi taken off.
Moorcroft just annoyed me with their attitude in their letters. I found it quite scary reading them at first threatening baliffs, ccj's but since being on this forum I just think ' oh pee off'
I am adopting a 'how very dare you' attitude every day towards creditors now!
But I am sure there is a letter somewhere or guidance with what counts as reasonable requests for payments, which we have been making through CCCS. At the minute we have 2 different people asking for payment; Halifax and Moorcroft and I am sure it would count as harrassment
but also I don't want to be too cocky as I know Moorcroft have an office based in Birmingham, NO I am not a Brummiebut very close using the motorway

I am thinking of what is in my cutlery drawer to use for a weapon in case he won't get off my doorstep! :rotfl:DMP support thread member 211 :cool:I'm only here to get some medals......honest!0 -
There you go, Bigmomma has answered you already :j
When you get used to your new budget you can always put any extra pennies to one side to save for your rainy day fund or to be able to offer full and final settlements further down the line - some people are already aiming to do that but we dont need to be worrying about anything like that just yet - lets just get your party startedOfficial DMP Member No ... wait for it ... 180!!!Sealed Pot Challenge 2009 #397:jSuccessfully reclaimed Abbey bank charges under hardship criteria 22/05/09:j0 -

TP, when you say they didnt provide a decent enough agreement, do you mean it was an unsigned copy?
I'm sure there is something around here which says that an original creditor is not "allowed" to pass on an account when it is in "dispute". I just need to try and find it.
Is this for a credit card agreement? I've found the link about the OFT guidelines but I need to go back and check that this does cover credit cards and not just catalogue type agreements that come under the CCA. Be back soon.

God there's allsorts in my cutlery drawer that I could use as a DCA removal tool and none of it involves cutlery. I'm sure we have a cutlery thief in this house who replaces stolen items with things like pens, mystery keys, beer bottle tops and the weirdest thing I found the other night was DS socks (clean I may add-well I hope they were) :rotfl: :rotfl:
So if anyone ever comes knocking at my door they may get some clean? socks thrown at them.LBM: 20/01/09 Total Debt: £104,050Curr Bal (25/08/12): £46,109 (55.6% Paid):jDMP Start Date: 01/03/090 -
Sorry, I'm not sure if that link to the OFT Guidelines will work. Will try and get one that does ...
