Hi TP, thanks, yes I am getting fed up now as want to get it set up quick, I have the original loan agreements, is this enough to send to CCCS ? I can get how much the Barclays is online I think,so could I just attach a cover to this one to state up to date amount ? Don't wnat to go phonoing them all asking for up to date information only to spring a DMP notice on them!!!:T :TThanks to everyone on here for the help!!0

Hi Weezer
I started my DMP with CCCS on the 1st Mar. For any creditors that I didn't have a balance/ statement for I sent the original loan agreement and an estimated balance. Once your DMP is up and running these creditors will then usually provide you with a statement/ balance as part of their correspondence, you can then go online and update any amounts where necessary.LBM: 20/01/09 Total Debt: £104,050Curr Bal (25/08/12): £46,109 (55.6% Paid):jDMP Start Date: 01/03/090 -
Can I have some advice please?
OH letter from Moorcroft
Dear Mr OH
Our records show that despite our letters to you, you have defaulted on the agreement we reached with the result that you are now in arrears for the sum of £70
As a result of this your account has now been passed to our Home Collections Division for action. This may invlove our loocal representative calling at your home address within the next few days to establish how you propose to settle the balance outstanding.
If however you wish to continue to pay direct to this office you must send a payment to us for the full amount of arrears. It is stressed that this payment must reach us no later than 10.00am on 12/03/09
We would emphasise that if no satisfactory agreement is made with us or our local representative you may leave us with no alternative but to instruct our solicitors to commence legal proceedings against you without further notice.
Yours sincerely
Mr Martin
I don't know whether to be  or :rotfl: at this
I sent a CCA request to Halifax which is what this debt is for, guess what they didn't produce a decent enough agreement so I am annoyed that they passed OH account details to Moorcroft, one of the meanest DCA's around  Moorcroft have done nothing but send threatening bullying letters like the one above almost every month since we started the DMP and the account isn't even with them!! it's still with Halifax, plus my daughter gets in from school about half an hour to an hour before any of us and I don't want to tell her to hide away from the front door, she'll think 'what's up?' what a mess!!
Or
Should I get some nice Viscount biscuits in just in case MR Rep comes calling? as I know it is yet another empty threat:rolleyes:DMP support thread member 211 :cool:I'm only here to get some medals......honest!0 -

All CCCS need is the account numbers and printouts of debts will be fine, the total debt doesn't quite matter if you are out by a few thousand. We underestimated OH loan amount by a few thousand when setting up first and CCCS were fine about it when we emailed them to say it was wrong.
Just to let you know that once CCCS have all your debt info they contact them on your behalf, the creditors will confirm to CCCS the info you gave them anyway.DMP support thread member 211 :cool:I'm only here to get some medals......honest!0 -

I sent the originals, don't know why, I'm sure that photocopies would do. Saying that the CCCS sent the originals back once they had processed them.LBM: 20/01/09 Total Debt: £104,050Curr Bal (25/08/12): £46,109 (55.6% Paid):jDMP Start Date: 01/03/090 -

I'm sitting surrounded by papers completeing my CCCS paperwork, first few creditors I ahve done fine, sent off token payment and the notice of DMP (well put in the envelope to post tomorrow anyway), that was the easy bit as had statements for these ones.
Now I am stuck...
What do I do about my bank account ? who do i post a DMP and token payment to, I have 2 acounts both overdrawn with Barclays. And then also a loan with them, so who do I send this to ????? Do you have a cheque book/statement from your bank? I would use the address on the cheque book/statement with one covering letter setting out all three account numbers and enclose your 3 postal orders with that (saves on postage too!)Then,,,I have an AA loan, just realised I think they have the wrong address for me..oopsss, however seeing as they never ever write to me I forgot when I moved, so how do I find out who to send this one to ??, would i get the adress of original loan agreement ? Have you got any correspondence from them at all, there should be an address somewhere on there - just use that.
Curreys laptop finance, I just pay an amount to HFC Bank everymonth, do I just get details fr this from paperwork ? Yep, just use the most recent correspondence address - they can pass to relevant department internally.
It is recommended that you send your initial payments all by recorded delivery. Yes, it will cost a bit extra but it is worth it for peace of mind.
Then....next question, what do I send to CCCS, i figured the following... I would only send COPIES of any documentation to them
Mint Card - fine have statemtn for this month from them
Littlewoods - have last month's statement, will this do ? (havent had one this month yet, although should have by now
Capital One - have a letter last week saying what is on card, charges etc (its a need to pay letter), will this do as havent had a statement from them either
Argos - last months statement (not had this months)
CCCS just need to see the account number reference / details of address to be able to send payment / balance of account to get an overall idea of what is outstanding to each creditor. There is a facility where you can log on to your CCCS DMP plan and update/correct any figures at a later date. Just use what you have available for now and update later - that's not a problem.
now I am stuck, I still need to cover the 2 barclays accounts, barclays loan, AA loan and also the Currys laptop loan, barclays I have letters and statements for the accounts but the AA loan and the laptop loan I have nothing.
Also, looks like my post is up the creek, so many statements not arrived this month, not linked to the DMP though as they don't know yet, and my mobile bill hasnt even turned up!!!
arghhhhhhhhhhhh, i think i have rambled but am so confused now!!!!!
Hi Weezerfly
First thought that popped into my head was whether you have arranged for a new bank account already - sorry if you have and I've missed that info - a lot to catch up on over the last few days worth of postings. I take it that your overdrafts will be going into your DMP with CCCS and you have arranged for any salary/money to be paid into your new account?
Other points, I've tried to help as highlighted above.
It will get easier

I have no idea how to deal with this one. Have you defaulted on an agreement with them? If not then I wouldn't worry too much as they're probably trying to pressure you into paying outwith your agreement.
