Hi guys,
hope everyone is having a nice weekend.
3 of 4 of my £2 token payments have now been cashed and I plan to send off the rest of the token payments Monday now that statements are through. I'll then be able to get my DMP up and running hopefully to start on May 1st.

Even at this point I wish I had done this a long time ago; finally feel like I am dealing with my debt instead of burying my head in my credit cards.

Went to see Confession of a Shopaholic today - it was a couple of hours of fluff but good fun! A bit close to home though and I only wish my solution was as simple as hers :rolleyes:

OK, so ...Im in a muddle.
I'm sitting surrounded by papers completeing my CCCS paperwork, first few creditors I ahve done fine, sent off token payment and the notice of DMP (well put in the envelope to post tomorrow anyway), that was the easy bit as had statements for these ones.
Now I am stuck...
What do I do about my bank account ? who do i post a DMP and token payment to, I have 2 acounts both overdrawn with Barclays. And then also a loan with them, so who do I send this to ?????
Then,,,I have an AA loan, just realised I think they have the wrong address for me..oopsss, however seeing as they never ever write to me I forgot when I moved, so how do I find out who to send this one to ??, would i get the adress of original loan agreement ?
Curreys laptop finance, I just pay an amount to HFC Bank everymonth, do I just get details fr this from paperwork ?

Then....next question, what do I send to CCCS, i figured the following...
Mint Card - fine have statemtn for this month from them
Littlewoods - have last month's statement, will this do ? (havent had one this month yet, although should have by now
Capital One - have a letter last week saying what is on card, charges etc (its a need to pay letter), will this do as havent had a statement from them either
Argos - last months statement (not had this months)

now I am stuck, I still need to cover the 2 barclays accounts, barclays loan, AA loan and also the Currys laptop loan, barclays I have letters and statements for the accounts but the AA loan and the laptop loan I have nothing.

Also, looks like my post is up the creek, so many statements not arrived this month, not linked to the DMP though as they don't know yet, and my mobile bill hasnt even turned up!!!

arghhhhhhhhhhhh, i think i have rambled but am so confused now!!!!!

I don't think you ever stop beating yourself up about getting into debt until you reach your debt free date :rolleyes: I have got used to not having a card or an overdraft to rely on but I still like to go on a mad shopping spend now and again, well if you can call buying a grandad cardy for £12 and a top for £8 at Tesco a 'mad spend' then please feel sorry for me I obviously need the sympathy for turning so god damn sad! :rotfl: but hopefully you know what I mean?

We haven't even received the cheque for the other ppi and I have spent it 18 times over already, OH has obviously learnt something from this and has told me UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is he being skint again in his bank! I know he is right but sometimes, just sometimes I have this mist, I black out and I have to go buy something, it could be anything; item of clothing, a new set of cushions I think it's just the thought of going shopping and being able to buy something. I know, I know thats what got me here in the first place

Hi I googled for Hitachi capital (your laptop) and got the address easy not sure on others but someone will be able to help

I would get all the info you have already and send what you can onto CCCS to start up the DMP as soon as, don't delay on this. If you have other creditors they can be added on and your payment will just be re-adjusted to suit all of the creditors.

Can you just roughly estimate the amounts on the loans to give to CCCS and then when the next statement comes in you can pass this info on to them?
